    On December 14th I purchased the worst oil filter ever from Advance Auto Parts. I wasted $60 worth of oil only to find out the oil leaked all the way out because the so-called gasket seal was defective on the oil filter. I contacted this terrible company multiple times immediately. they literally had a voicemail that said "due to an event they will be out of the office for some hours". I then took the part back to Advance Auto Parts and got a refund. hours later I contacted this terrible company again and I spoke to ***************************** extension ****. I provided screenshots of my receipt and the oil and the defective part. 1st she told me because I took it back to advance that I would not be able to get reimbursed forcthe oil and the warranty will be voided. I explained to her that was unacceptable. any sane person would take the part back to where they got it from. especially when they were forced to do to them not giving me any option to speak to anyone at all because they were at an event. ***************************** told me she will contact the Advance Auto Parts to try and get the filter sent to their company so they can assess it and possibly give me reimbursement for my oil. *************************** emailed me and I spoke to her directly more than once explaining the same exact thing with the same exact pictures. she told me that it was sent next day delivery and that she would let me know when she received it. needless to say they both are absolute Liars. they never ever ever responded. they never ever answered my emails. they never ever got back to me when other Representatives whom I left messages with for them to do so. they are god-awful overall and apparently unprofessional at the most. Now I called today and it says that they are closed due to the holiday season, as if this didn't happen on December 14th. Needless to say this is unacceptable egregious unprofessional and rude.
