    After 35 years of shopping with Rowley I have stopped. 1) Tried to charge me sales tax when I live in a sale tax free state. Just suddenly, a tax bill began to appear on my statements. When I challenged it i was told my state must have started one. Ridiculous 2) *****, with no warning adding a 10% "tarriff" to some bills. No rhyme or reason, just an extra 10%3) charged me $230 to ship 2 boxes ( 12 pillows and a roll of batting. ) The shipping was more than the products. Done.
