    Clean Cuts was hired to do a patio extension around our pool. Services included the extension, fixing some existing pavers and sealing original pool decking. After extension was installed, we were told that they had to let it set for a week before they could return to finish the sealing of the pavers. During that time, payment for the remaining balance which included the amount of $1,000 for sealing the pavers was requested by the owner. We made the final payment on July 19th, 2022. After making repeated calls to the owner regarding the the services that had not yet been completed, I was assured they would be coming within the next few days. At this point we do not want Clean Cuts to return to finish the job which was paid in full, but instead refund us the quoted amount of $1,000 for the services promised but not completed.

    I did call the customer from my cell phone around ****** and left a message. The office also called around 3:00pm to verify the customers mailing address before mailing a check for a refund. This must have fallen through the cracks. I honestly thought this was completed last year. I personally don't have any voicemails or messages from the customer. They also haven't called the office. As soon as the customer returns my phone call to verify mailing address, I will mail the check for the refund if they do not want the services completed.
