    Right when I walked in the door he was processing my Credit Card. Then explained it non refundable. (The last thing on the brochure) that I just started reading. 1 star is to much $175.00 for 2 kindergarten sessions. Was asked 4 times if it was court ordered and told multiple times its non refundable. I just stopped going no way they have a legitimate business or credentials.

While we have worked with local and national court systems for hundreds of clients required to take our course; our courses are also offered to the public for those looking to learn more about the feeling of anger and how to control this feeling in a positive way. We are disappointed that you did not finish the course and hate that you felt the course you chose was not meeting the needs of what you were looking to gain from the class. At Umbrella of Hope we strive to make a positive difference in all our clients and students lives. We do understand each person has a different goal when taking the class and we regret that we were not able to meet your expectations.
