    I am writing to formally notify you that your detailing services on my vehicle on 6/24/25 caused multiple areas of visible and verifiable damage to both the exterior and interior of my car. The vehicle was in sound condition prior to the service and was returned with significant damage that was not present beforehand.The following issues were observed immediately after the detailing service:Multiple deep scratches to the roof of the car Scratches and gouges on the interior center console, cup holders, and surrounding trim Damaged or poorly handled window tint or trim on the rear window Additional damages since discovered including deep scratches along the vehicles top and trim I have attached photographic evidence documenting each of these issues. I will be securing repair estimates to access the cost of fixing the damage caused.

    The accusations made against ****** ********** and D's Mobile detailing are completely false. The vehicle in question is at least 10 years old and has had significant body work done. I have sent the photos I have received to several body shops and they all agree the cracks in the paint are from some type of body-filler cracking. In some of the pictures you can clearly see rust has began to form around the scratches which is impossible in the time frame stated. I never met ** ***** *****. A gentleman named ******* made the appt over the phone and when I arrived that's who met me at the door. He is also the person whom I showed the vehicle to once finished. He stated that everything looked good and even stated having me come back out to do his brand new Chrysler 300. Once I left he "******" called to insure I has received payment. I was not notified of anything being wrong until 32 hours after the complete session through text from a number I had never seen. My company is completely insured and if I had damaged anything I had no problem paying to have it fixed but the damages that ** ***** is stating that I had damaged is wear and tear and poor upkeep of one's vehicle. There are clear dents and other apparent damage in the pics that ** earth shared yet those aren't things that were named in the original complaint. I feel that this is an attempt to extort money from my company and discredit my business. I have no other complaints on my ****** review for any damage. I've done thousands of vehicles. From people's personal vehicles to working at the ******* dealership for over a year doing all of there detailing. If you look at the vehicle in person one can tell this car was not kept in pristine condition. All 4 tires were bald. I just hope this malicious attack against my company is an for what it is. I have informed my insurance company already to have them investigate

    ******* is my boyfriend, I understand that you never met me (Queen) the reason he ended up being in charge of getting the service done is because the day before I had another detailer scheduled, he canceled a hour before after talking to my boyfriend ******* he said let me find somebody I got this. He found you, you were scheduled to be there at 10 o clock and was late that was when I shouldve turned you around then. But instead you came and was greeted at the door by *******. Like you said its not his car his is the ******** so honestly he just didnt pay that much attention to the detail because he doesnt drive the car everyday I do. I notified you later than expected of the incident because that was my first time getting in my car that night and first noticed my button missing and remembered that day I kept looking at the crack on the top of my car but didnt think of it because I said no ******* just looked at the car and said it looked fine and I said it had to be the reflection from the sun and the wiring cables outside. I really hate that you believe thatI would call you to my house to do a service for me. I would pay and tip you and have my boyfriend make sure you got your money, just for me to turn around and try to get something from you and extort your business. I support your business thats why you were called. I dont want anything but the damage that was caused repaired. All I want is to get repair estimates from a reputable body shop and you can send the payment for the bill to the shop directly. I PROMISE I DONT NEED YOUR MONEY. I do work hard for that car though and to have it damaged and neglected only to be told I am making this up is ridiculous. I took several pictures the excuses for the scratches are not valid and its not a scratch its a deep crack. What do you have to say about the trim in the back being ripped up or my button missing.

    Every statement is false. In the initial complaint it was stated that the damage was noticed the night after the detail then Queen stated that the damage was noticed right after the detail yet I wasn't informed of any damage by phone call and only by text Sunday morning, almost 48 hours after the detail. From the pictures Queen provided there is noticeable damage to the vehicle but that was the condition ****** gave me the car in. Like Queen stated, ****** contacted me and made the appt. He is also who I met when I arrived and showed me the car. ****** is also who came to the door once the work was complete and looked over the car. With the amount and severity of damage that queen is claiming was done during the detail, I'm sure ****** would have noticed. We aren't talking about small scratches, there are debts, cracks and faded paint covering the vehicle. ****** approved of the work and payment was made. ****** is who was responsible for the car once I was done and responsible for noticing any damage. If queen is unhappy with the detail I am willing to refund half of the $180 payment that was made but the damage was done prior to the detail in which I am not responsible for
