      We come in peace, love and light honoring truth and transparency. Paid for legal notice to run 8/8 8/11 8/18 2024 with Gaston Gazette, the funds were charged and received receipt ad notice was LWLM01403320. Called 8/19 after searching for legal notice and couldnt find it, was told ad was canceled by *********, never received no notification. This is the second time this has happened. Agents are abusing authority conspiring with agents to deprive people of rights, Gaston gazette runs ads for the agencies dba as government conspiring to steal property and estates of living beneficiaries without hesitation, but stops people from printing grievances. This is breach of contract, interference with commerce and first amendment violation and conspiracy. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.The freedom of speech and of the press, and the right of the people peaceably to assemble and consult for their common good, and to apply to the government for redress of grievances, shall not be infringed.The purpose of the papers were for the people grievances. This is very bad business and clear conspiracy to defraud the people.

      We replied to the legal submission indicating we would not be publishing the notice due to the content on 8/6. See the attached showing the email sent to the customer. We refund the payment which is also shown. When contacted regarding the cancellation we again confirmed that we cancelled the notice. The notice does not meet our publishing guidelines.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Company accepted funds for a job and didnt do the job, Agent **** agreed to not publishing ad which proves my point of conspiracy, interference with commerce and violation of freedom of speech. Gaston Gazette run information received from business acting as government agencies without hesitation but refused publication from private business. Theres a criminal monopoly going on in Gaston county, we are just shedding light on the corruption in hope for internal affairs investigation for crimes against humanity, involuntary servitude, human trafficking, identity theft, and Estate theft.   For the record we never received a email the receipt just alleged time of refund, when we called was told refund was just done, not proof of email. Requesting copy of rules and regulations showing guidelines used to deny ad, copy of insurance information to submit a insurance claim.

      The content of the notice had potentially defamatory claims towards other people that were not substantiated. Nor were there any legal cases filed that required the notice to be published. As noted previously and as noted in our daily disclaimer which is published in the paper " The Gaston Gazette reserves the right to edit, refuse, reject, classify or cancel any ad at any time." We advised the customer prior to the notice publishing this did not meet our publishing standards and refunded the payment. Attached is an example of the classified page showing the disclaimer which is published daily. It's the blue banner at the top of the page.

      I am rejecting this response because: its unconstitutional and direct conspiracy to cause harm. People have freedom of speech thats why the papers were created. This nation has been infiltrated by foreign invaders, corporate policies do not ***** the common laws of the land.  Gaston Gazette is protecting the corruption and is part of the problem not the solution. 

      content of the notice had potentially defamatory claims towards other people that were not substantiated, please explain how you have first hand knowledge of such facts ? *** has been notified, tort claim pending, complaints made of kidnapping, sexual assault, human trafficking, involuntary servitude, identity theft all retaliation, irs 211 pending.  Have you ever been sexually assaulted by deputy sheriffs ? Were you held down and clothes ripped of you at gun point ? And thats just one incident. Woman and children should always be protected. Would you want any of your family to go through such crimes ? 

      You stated there any legal cases filed that required the notice to be published, how do you know this ?  Every ad is researched to see if any legal cases are filed ? If so you would not have denied this advertisement. 

      do you honestly think anyone would make up crimes against humanity? If so why? You cant possibly believe that, you and your company is trying to protect the criminals, and criminal enterprise acting dba government. 

      this is a clear conspiracy that shows Gaston gazette conspiracy to cause harm, its a direct monopoly to steal from the peoples estates. Gaston Gazette runs ad every day hurting the people conspiring to steal property gazette is the only way they can get a affidavit as they do not have first hand knowledge of any facts. Gaston Gazette is conspiring and waging against the constitution for the United States of America and violating treaty rights on the land. By denying publication you are a threat to public safety and accountability.

      We had contacted the gaston gazette after they automatically renewed our subscription for last year to not do it at the end of our renewal subscription. Forward a year and they charged us $415 to renew again this year. We contacted them again about it. No refund could be issued just let it go for another year. That's not acceptable. Then they bargained with my wife for a $227 credit to cancel subscription. So that's wrong to.

      They double charged me for an online subscription under the name Gannet Newspapers and I have tried every way of contacting them only to never be able to reach anyone to get this resolved. If Im going to be double billed every month I want them to discontinue my subscription.

      Please accept this as confirmation we have received ************************** complaint regarding her subscription. **************** is not being double-charged. The payment due in **** could not be collected due to several declined credit card transactions. The two payments in July are catching her account up. This will continue to happen if a payment cannot be collected. Please note, we have not made any changes to her account. 

      When calling our customer service numbers during business hours and pressing the 'Digital' option will connect you to a live agent every time.
