  Pave driveway on 23rd told me to stay off for 3 days call on the 27th said they would be out on the 1st they came out I was not satisfied with their answer Said owner would be out in 2 days call on the 6th and the 8th no show 16th no show called **** 17th said he would be out next week he has been real busy. Call on the 23rd said his dad was in the hospital call the 29th no answer call on a 30th said he would be out tomorrow call on the 31st said he would be out on the 3rd would call first before he came out no call just showed up like talking to a brick wall kept saying I wanted to get my money back kept telling him no I just wanted the The driveway fixed I have this conversation recorded on my telephone where he made the same statement and I give him the same answer I have rust stains all over . They were slow to respond because they said the stains would get lighter.He said they would turn gray and in about 8 months I could get it coated for about $2,000. Sounds like he has had this problem before .He said he would talk to the guy that did the job and let me know I have not heard anything yet. **** took pictures but at a distance and at a low angle so that none of the stains or problem areas would show instead of up close where the stains and problems could be seen The driveway cannot be coted or pressure washed for 8 months because it will cause damage. Pressure washing will damage I know this because I ran a pressure washing and roof cleaning service for many years before I retired I was a BBB member with a+ rating bye bye roofstains

  We paved ********************* driveway on Thursday Feb 23rd. My job ******* went to meet ***************** on Tuesday Feb 28th to address his concerns with the rust marks on the asphalt. My ******* informed him that the marks would fade over some time. We sent some men the next day to touch up areas on the driveway also. I met with ***************** a couple of weeks later to discuss the marks. The marks at this time had already started to fade as he was told they would. ***************** was not satisfied with this and refused for us to come and pressure wash the drive to try and remove the marks. We have done this in the past to different jobs with no damage to the asphalt. I also offered to come seal coat the drive which would cover the marks and make everything look uniform. This cannot be done until at least 8 months after initial paving to allow asphalt to cure. I offered to do this for free but this did not satisfy him. Don't feel like anything will be sufficient for him short of repaving entire drive.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  The stains are not the only problem I sent some pictures of some uneven areas why should I have to look at these stains and problem areas for 8 months when they came out to fix a problem they only fixed one spot a whole about 6 in in diameter full of some kind of yellow grit owner did not meet with me in 2 weeks it was over a month before he came out The owner did not mention pressure washing that was his ******* I did not refuse to let them pressure wash but I know if they use high pressure it will take the black off and leave *********************** showing he did not offer to coat the stain in 8 months for free he said it would cost me about $2,000 they have not even spoken the other problems that can be seen in the pictures he stated several times I just wanted my money back and I've got it recorded on conversation where I'm saying no I just want the problems fixed.

  We are offering a few options: We can seal coat now but a waiver will have to be signed for any problems arising from early application (recommendation is at least 8 months from initial paving to allow asphalt to cure) If you wait the recommended 8 months for seal coat application no waiver will need to be signed. Another option is we can pressure wash driveway. Also we will correct uneven areas stated in complaint. When all is completed a letter of satisfaction will need to be signed.

  I Will wait the 8 months to get the stains covered and the uneven places fixed they need to let me know ahead of time so I can be here when they come out.
