  If youre looking to get a pool put in and get it done right this is the company you want to use! Dont overpay with a corporate pool company that treats you like a number. This is a long time family owned and operated business.They are very knowledgeable and the workers are truly craftsman. The all ************** permits were pulled by them and passed final inspection with no issues. The installation was timely and the communication was great. We are very pleased with our backyard, pool and spa. Highly recommend this company. Thanks guys!!

  Signed contract with Mr ****** ******* for a $99,000 pool for our home. Paid $5,000 deposit in January 2025. Two weeks before starting project, I asked him if he had obtained permit from *********** in **************. He said no. I needed to pull my own permit because he was not a licensed contractor in **************. This would have required me to give false information to multiple questions on permit application. We informed him a few days after he disclosed to us he was not a licensed contractor in ************** (as required by law). We will not obtain owner/builder permit by falsifying information to the county. He promised to refund our money within a week. He apologized for not telling us up front that he was not licensed. He sent a text saying he had to wait to be paid by builders which may take 4-6 weeks. We receive a $1000 check and a letter indicating he was now waiting for a bond to be released to pay remainder. I received another letter after 8 plus weeks saying he cannot pay until he gets refund on bond to pay another "installment" which we NEVER agreed to. Stay away from this pool contractor. He has stopped answering calls or responding to texts.

  Im sorry for this jerk but South Carolina just changed the law and he could have pulled the permit and I offered to pull his permit for a 2 car garage we were going to help get him the subs to dry it in and he wanted to finish it Im just about to get the specialty pool license that they require now under grandfathers law and I know he got a cheaper price he wanted to go with but he is lying about 8 weeks of nothing I have copy of check he cashed 2 weeks ago and I dont answer because he keeps threatening and harassing me. How can I send a copy of the check. Thanks

  He paid back $1000 of the $5000 on 4/4/25. This was 8 weeks after notifying him we couldnt put false information on permit application. It has been a total of 12 weeks and he still owes us $4000. The same pool with new contractor is costing us $123,000. This is not less than his contract price. The law changed two years ago. He is unlicensed in ************** and I have copy of contract he signed. Asking when you will get my money back is not harassment.

  Sorry about this but I had an opening and was going to squeeze him in early is were it started I hadnt got the new specialty that they changed in June of 2023 and we did 3 pools in clover the first of 2023 is why I asked him to pull pool permit because homeowner can do anything and I said I could pull the permit for his building because we were going to help him out by using our subcontractors and then he freaked out and that was in later march and sent him a check on 4/4/23 He cashed it on 4/15/23 and filed complaint on 4/25/23 How can I send a copy of the cashed check he cashed on 4/15/23 And I dont answer because he want stop harassing me. Thanks
