    The management of their properties is lacking to say the least. They have no sense of urgency ever, when they do get around to fixing something it is done only half way. The owner of the property I live at is great but the company he chose to mange his property seems to not want to do their job nor do they care about the residents. They also have a tendency to lie. They have cameras at the property but they do not work.

    This company used to provide good and timely service. As they have grown the past 2 years they do not respond to basic requests from Homeowners for landscaping and lawn maintenance, and repairs that are required by the Community Agreements. At times they appear to be upset at the Customer when asking for assistance with basic requests for service. Their fees are relatively high and the response to customers and ********************* (HOAs) is marginal to poor.
