    Poor installation of Bathroom Vanity including new piping....Vanity damaged during installation and pipes leaked after use causing water damage to newly installed Vanity...Have left several messages and texts...Have not heard back since Monday 3/27 when ***** Helms said he would show up in person after he got his crew settled...We only used the sink that first evening after installation and have not been able to use our bathroom sink at all because of the leak....

    I spoke with ****** after the detection of what she described then as a drip. We offered and made attempts to go back and correct the issue, but were unable to coordinate schedules. Im happy to go back and replace the vanity for her if this would be satisfactory?

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I have thought about accepting or rejecting ***** Helms most recent offer to resolve my complaint.

    My reasons for Rejecting his offer:
    Not responding to my several Phone Calls and Texts regarding the leak and subsequent damage to the recently installed vanity. Also, the purple glue adhesive damage that permanently damaged my flooring I did reach ***** Helms by phone on 3/28 and he told me he would get his crew settled on a new job and personally come to my house around noon to see the damage .He never showed up and never returned my calls after that contact was madeI cant say I have a high confidence level that he would follow up in a timely manner or the ability of his crew.

    At this point, I would like the return of the cost of the vanity and the resulting Labor Charges for his companys installation job so I can pursue other options

    -Services were given 7/30/22 - Invoiced for $283.61 -Our tub had a poor smell coming from it, we were able to get a technician out to correct the issue and pull a blockage from it. After this the smell went away for about a half hour, but the water flow to the tub no longer worked correctly. Now the tub still smells, but it also comes from the shower as well and when the tub faucet is turned on it sprays out of shower head and tub head. I called to have a return visit and the owner immediately denied wrong doing and said he did nothing wrong and would return for a new ticket. This issue hadn't happened before and only started after his work. When confronted he argued the situation said I was insulting his work and accusing of wrongdoing and hung up on me. Will not use or recommend the service.

    I spoke to this client shortly after our vist to clean the drain. He explained the issues that he was having now. I offered to get someone back to his home to diagnose the new issue with the water flow. I explained to him that if it was something related to what we had serviced there wouldn't be a charge, but if the issues were unrelated we could offer repair pricing. He became upset at the idea, yelled at me, and hung up.

    I am rejecting this response because: the statements given are incorrect.  When I had called him, he said he would come out, but said he "guarantees his work" and did nothing that would cause issues to the house.  He said he would have a look and if he found it could be related he would cover it; but immediately followed with "but I didn't so it's not my fault, you will have to pay for whatever is wrong".  I explained the issues occurring had never happened before, and only started following his work.   I said it was obvious this stemmed from what he had done, which he immediately argued, neither us us "yelled" at each other.  He said I was accusing him of deliberately sabotaging and causing issues, and said I was insulting his name, company, and work and wouldn't accept that, and hung up on me.

    I've offered a return trip to check the drain we cleaned, and a free diagnostic of the new issue, but I will not refund the money for the services already provided since it is completely unrelated to the new issue. If he would like, he is welcome to call and schedule an appointment and I will be happy to inspect the issue and provide a free quote to repair it.
