    On August 25th contractor sent me an estimate for a bathroom remodel. Wr agreed on the price. He sent over a deposit request and stated he would hold open a spot for the week of September 6th to begin work if deposit was paid by end of the day. We agreed and said we would have a check ready for him to cone pick up and bring hard copy of estimate. He said he needed the money sent *****. I agreed since he has done work for 2 neighbors a few years back. My bank allowed me to send up to 2000.00 at 1 transaction time. I explained this to him. I sent the 2k on Thursday and it went through no problem. The following day, Friday I sent the balance of $1912.00. It was deducted from my account and sent. He said he never got it. He asked for me to send again. I refused and said if the ***** returned to me I would then send a check. Friday afternoon my bank sent the 1912.00 back to me stating the customer never enrolled in *****. The money was put back into my account. I contacted him and he requested a check. I put a check in my mailbox for him and he was to pick up and leave the hard copy of the contract/estimate. He did not leave the contract. I asked him when he was going to do this and he said Tuesday he would be at the neighbors house working and would drop off. I attempted to contact him that afternoon no answer. The next day I messaged him, no answer, today, Wednesday the 1st of September I messaged asking where contract was or return deposit and again no answer. Will not answer phone.
