    - FALSE ADVERTISEMENT - CAUSING TO BE FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED PERSONAL AND SENSITIVE INFORMATION I placed an online purchase of a *********************** that was advertised for sale and in stock by the Wild Indian ******* I was offered an option to purchase the ****** by placing an auction bid or option to buy right now at the highest price the ****** was being sold at. I made my purchase as buy now at the highest price it was offered at. During the process to make the purchase I went through 3+ days of providing proof that I was a real buyer with a valid bank account. As part of this processor I was required to provide my bank account numbers. I also had to provide personal information about myself. **ntact was made with the seller who confirmed that the *********************** was in stock and had an octagon Style barrel. I also received an email with a confirmation number that the purchase was made and instructions on my options to make my payment. Following the payment instructions, I called Wild Indian ** to make my payment. At this time I was told that the ****** was not in stock. That it was their fault that they put the ****** on line and advertised its availability for purchase. I was also informed that the ****** was not for sale and should not have been on line as an item for sale. this is clearly an act of false advertising and the cause of my releasing personal and sensitive information to include bank account information. I respectfully submit this matter to the Better Business Bureau and request this matter be investigated as criminal conduct by the Wild Indian *******.My contact information is listed below. Please provide me with a response to include acknowledging my complaint and actions your Bureau is taking.
