    I had broke blood vessels in both eyes right before my appt. date. I called prior to going in for my appt and told them both eyes were completly red "can i still get my exam done" I was told yes and went. The Dr said there is no way we can do a eye exam until eyes are healed. As I checked out I was charged $50. I said that I called prior to coming here for this reason and I was told I could get the exam. Now I am being charged $50 for nothing.
