      Hired ****** **********************, from Brock Griffith Horsemanship to trailer my 10-month filly ****** from VA to ** on March 20. She arrived four hours late still agreeing to take **** to ************ with my check payment for $1590. We left understanding I would follow and call her if I had any questions, concerns, even a bathroom break. She took my check payment for $1600 plus $50 cash on the last lost leg of the trip from her missed turn, and then proceeded to call me on the road taking **** from me under threats to not follow her to her farm and if I did she would shoot me. Her farm was further than the destination, and she had no reasonable reason to take my filly further. She then held my filly overnight and demanded additional money totaling $2490 the next morning. My filly was only returned to me at the original destination the next day after I paid a total of $2500 through PayPal by 8:15 am the next morning on the 21st. I paid $2500 at 7:44 saying tip out of pure fear and scared for my fillys safety, I should have put "******". I sent proof of payment to ********************** right away and she finally brought **** to ************ that afternoon. I am requesting the $900 amount she demanded as ****** for completing the contracted job and returning my filly to me. I am also reporting this because she has conducted herself in this manner with one other person that I just happen to meet, where she refused to deliver her horse without more money. Ms. ********************** definitely has an appearance of conducting a scam of getting more money to complete jobs that were previously agreed to in price and destinations. I am reporting scamming in other report. I have attached the $1590 trailering agreement, her texts showing left at 9 am, texts requesting additional money for the completion of the job, and the record that I paid $2500 at 7:44 am to get my filly returned. I did pursue PayPal to get the $900, but claim got missed marked from my unclear note as full payment and declined.

      This customer has been harassing me for weeks. Her horse was delivered in absolutely perfect condition.  She harrasd me so bad on the road for 8 hours she put my life in danger as well as others several times. Many of her statements are completely not true,  and just like with the paypal claim i have proof of these things that are made up and embellished 

      From the start it should habe taken 15 minutes to load and leave the farm in va. It took over 2 hours on her part. The filly had not been separated from its mom, wasnt trained to lead and no plan for the mother horses saftey as the baby was taken away. I had to assist *********** and ******** in caring for the mother horse before leaving . I get on the road, and less than 3 miles from leaving at the 1st stoplight I get to, ******** decided to put her car in park in the middle of a busy highway & run up to my truck wimdows up radio / gps on *** bang on my window so hard it scrathched it , to tell me my trailer lights weren't on.  They actually were on, brakes, brake lights and turn signals but the running lughts are not on during the day time. 10 miles after that I pull into a gas station to get diesel fuel for the 500 more miles of the trip, and again she comes running up and is at my window before I can even exit the vehicle to pump fuel . She continues to follow me , extremely close less than 3 feet at many times off the back of my horse trailer.  She is causing danger to me as a driver, the horse on trailer, herself and the public. I had to brake down several times due to other drivers and she almost rear ended me several times . She then called me multiple times a row that evening in the dark which causes my gps map screen in my dash to go away. In dark, rain, and dangerous mountain conditions this caused me to misd my exit into ************** and sent me the wromg way into **************  I called her back. Shes screaming at me and says Im not paying you. At this point Ive already invested 18 hours of time and $700 in diesel fuel. I stop to get fuel and have her pay by check. I had 3 hours left to deliver the horse to lake ****** nc in which there was a wreck on the interstate which would habe made it another almost 5 hours. In best interest of the young horse and myself who had then been up and driving for almost 21 hours, I called the trainer where i was taking the horse and we both agreed Id take the horse to my facility overnight which was an hour & a half away vs 5 hours.  I agreed to deliver her the next morning to the trainer. This still put me getting home at 3 am. The client continued to harass me stating sje was following me to my hime at 3 am and that I Would load the horse back up 3 hours later at 6 am. Anyone who has worked 22 hours in a row needs more than 2 hours sleep. I worked out details with the trainer where the horse was going and delivered in perfect condiotion . I have videos and statements of every fact Ive included.  Her check was no good my bank wouldn't process it, I requested she pay through PayPal for services rendered. Shes also not including she filed a claim with paypal and tied up the funds for 6 weeks

       I had $2000 invested in the haul and the money taken away so I couldn't pay some bills. ****** reviewed all of her accusations to agree they were mostly lies and she had not been wronged in any way , eventually giving me the funds back. When that didnt work she came here to complain. Im happy to provide video, recordings of her on phone calls and statements from the trainer and others that question her ability to make normal decisions.  I have videos from dash & trailer camera of her crazy driving and all the times she almost rear ended me. There is no resolution to offer, the job was completed and the money was spent on the diesel fuel and my time. She played the ************* *********** well, so extremely nice and then polar opposite of completely psycho. Even a gentleman who id never seen at the gas station interrupted her after she caused us to go the wrong way on interstate and told her she was acting erratically and there was no need for that type of behavior. Her actions alone added *** additional 6 hours to the trip and all of this is on her. Ive never had an unhappy customer in 25 years, and thats thousands of customers
