    Absolutely a scam -ordered a 3 wheel bicycle in August,2022 - tracked delivery - supposedly made it to my area - never delivered - notified supplier - was told to contact the USPS - did so, they showed the product tracking # not in their system, notified provider, they said they would send the product out again; once more, tracking info showed the product delivered to my area, never delivered, this time tracking info said product lost - contacted supplier and said I wanted my $ back - they said they would send product again - they were told no - went back and forth 2-3 times as they finally said they would send me back the cost of the item less what they paid for shipping, I said no, finally settled for cost of item less $10 - they said I would get a credit within 5-7 days to the billing device used - never received a credit - got back to the supplier asking where my $ was - no response after a week - assuming I can kiss my money goodbye - don't want to see another person get ripped off so I am filing this complaint if it helps someone else - I have kept copies of all email correspondence if another party needs such to collaborate what I have said - includes email addresses, dates, etc. If I could have I wouldn't even give them a 1 star rating but there is nothing lower to choose from
