      We found our garbage can cracked down the front (as you can see in the photos), following garbage pick up, in late September 2023. We contacted American Garbage Disposal, leaving a voicemail asking for a new receptacle, but never received a return call. The crack worsened, with each weekly garbage pick up, and as you can see from the photos, the lid eventually cracked and then broke. We called again, left another message, and even wrote a message on our statement. Living in a rural community makes it extremely difficult because we're trying to keep wildlife out of the garbage, and don't want to store it elsewhere. Plus, when it rains, the can fills up with water, making it extremely heavy and tedious to pull up the driveway. It's been 6 months that we've been dealing with this broken, lid less garbage receptacle, and no one from American Garbage Disposal will so much as return a phone call. They will not even answer the phone at their office; it always goes to voicemail. We pay for our garbage pick up service, and are required to use the can they provide; therefore, we simply want a new garbage receptacle, that has a lid, and isn't cracked. Please. Thank you for your time and attention in assisting us with this matter.

      I contacted All American on December 13, 2023 to cancel my garbage pickup service. I explained that I was paid through the end of the year and I wanted them to pick up the garbage can after the last pick up (after Dec 25th). The gentlemen I spoke to confirmed these instructions. Instead, they picked up the garbage can around Dec 15th and we called them again to let them know that we still had 2 more garbage pick ups to go for the remainder of 2023. We left them 3 messages about this without resolution or contact through today, January 14th, 2024. To add insult to injury, they sent me an invoice for garbage pick up for this year (2024). To resolve this issue, I would like a refund of $11.00 for the 2 missing garbage pick ups.

      Date of transaction. July 13th 2023.
      Amount of money paid to the business is 38 dollars. ($22 a month plus an additional 3 weeks)
      Business committed to provide garbage pickup service.
      Dispute is regarding lack of services. No pickup for 7 weeks total
      The issue is that I would like to be compensated for at least the month of July (4 weeks) for services I already paid for.

      I am a couple of months behind in payment and was actually going to call tomorrow and make a payment to get caught up. My daughter called me at work very upset, two workers from this company came to my house dumped the garbage out of the cans onto my lawn and took the cans.

      We place notes on the can when a customer gets behind on there bill to begine with, we then stop picking up the trash for atleast 2 weeks in hopes of getting a respons from the customer and then call multiple times along with knocking on the door before we repo a can. This customer refused to respond to any of these actions and looked out the door at the guy when he was repoing the can, so no there will be no refund or credit given
