    Over the summer of 2022, before the new leasing term (August 14, 2022- July 31, 2023) began, Spartan Crossing advertised on their website and inside their leasing office a $100 Gift Card if you apply and sign a lease within 24 hours. Once I applied and signed my lease within 24 hours I inquired about the gift card through email and received a response saying the gift cards would be distributed on Move-In Day (August 14, 2022). On Move-In Day gift cards were not distributed so I inquired again and was then told they would be distributed via email in the form of an E-Gift Card at the end of August. September came and I still had not received a gift card. I spoke to the leasing office manager and assistant manager who reassured me that the cards would now be distributed at the end of September. It is now November 29, 2022 and I still have not received the $100 gift card or any information regarding it. I believe Spartan Crossing used false advertising to encourage applicants to quickly sign a lease with the apartment complex. I would like to receive the $100 gift card that I was promised.
