    This business calls several times a week. I've explained that we don't do "cold calls" and that we have personal relationships with established businesses so please take us off their call list. They just have someone else call the next time. This is the 2nd time I've asked to be taken off their call list, I will continue to track them and will proceed with further action if their calls do not stop, immediately.

    Good afternoon.
    Thank you for letting us know about your experience. Cogent Analytics maintains
    copious records, and upon reviewing our call recordings, we found the initial
    conversation with an individual in your office on October 5th, 2023, during
    which she did not request removal from our call list. During a call on October
    9th, the same individual noted the prior call and believed she had asked for
    removal despite not making such a request. Nevertheless, we have promptly
    removed ******** *********** from our database of business owners, and you will
    not receive any further communication from us. 

    Your feedback is
    valuable, and we appreciate your understanding as we continually work to
    enhance our processes and provide superior service. Your experience does not reflect our standards
    or the many people we speak with daily. Our primary objective is to avoid
    overwhelming or burdening small businesses with excessive outbound call
    attempts.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and I accept it although I did ask the lady on October 5th to remove us from her call list.  I've also made other request when they called previously, which we do every time for ALL sales calls to our organization.
