      My daughter contacted then about doing a detailed car wash, they arrived on a Thursday to do the cleaning. They finished, she gave a $20 tip, no complaints they did a good job. This is her first car she has bought on her own, so before the cleaning she had bought a steering wheel cover, license plate cover and a 8 pk of air freshners to match from amazon and she was waiting until after the cleaning to use them, they had never been opened. When she went to get them items out of the glove compartment the air freshners were taken out of the pkg and most were gone, she immediately called them up, lady who answered stated that the ladies had worked there for 5 years with no problems before and she was going to call them and figure something out. She called back and offered to order the $10 pack of air freshners for my daughter and have them delivered the next day and she did. Just a heads up, if they will take air freshners it's hard to tell what they will take. She basically tipped someone to steal from her. Their response to my statements were that i was being harsh, and they ordered the new air freshners to resolve the issue, but not admit guilt also that they received air freshners from vendors for free and had no reason to take them, I just feel like the public should be aware
