    I put money to be able to talk toy son on February 1st. He wasn't able to call my phone it wouldn't ogo thru. So I called they opened a ticket for tech support on February 6th So then on the 15th got on with chat service about the called on 17th and 18th. It has yet been fixed and they want to know why I am upset. This is by far *** worst company that I have ever dealt with. They say have him call so they can see the problem. We'll he eas trying all the way up to the 14th, when you had a tech ticket on the 6th but you closed it without correcting the issue. You know there's a problem but you yet to correct it and closed a ticket without correcting it. So I will be contacting whoever is in charge at the facility and I will take this to whoever thought this company was better. It's not its the worst communication company that was picked to use. This company is useless and doesn't correct any problems . In my opinion they don't know how to fix issues with there systems. The supervisor she wants to know why I am upset. Talked to there company more than my son. After contacting their company 6 times. ****************. They don't know how to fix issues and know there is problems but can or won't do anything about it. Pick another company, this one is. Not component nor reliable and ignores problems. The only nice person was a lady named *******. The others rude and can't tell you a thing and lie. Never got a call back . Don't use this company....a HEADACHE.

    This company reached out to me to consider me for a position. I already was working full time, and throughout the interview process, I was promised higher pay and some other worthwhile benefits that lead me to resign from my current position to take over what was offered. Fast forward to my very last day of work, at 2 pm, I receive a call from my recruiter saying the position is now closed reason being a situation occurred within leadership, has nothing to do with you. No additional details, not even a sorry or any word from this company. So long story short, I had something going and this company took it away from me leaving me to the curb for no reason, without so much as an apology. Now having to find new employment. From what I can tell from other reviews, this company seems like bad business all around. Please be cautious when dealing with these people and maybe even consider taking your business elsewhere.

    This phone service has blocked me all because someone is married to nephew who has a negative balance on her account. They said because my nephew called my number and his wife they linked our accounts together and now until that balance is paid, I can't put money on my account to talk to my nephew... Is this fair? It's not my account and I'm having to suffer not talking to my family member because of it

    The tablets suck, I go thru a 50 bucks a week and get to hear half the conversation, I get to say Hello, can you hear me alot but inmates don't count, they are *** so let's **** em over so a millionaire can rest and eat good...NO OTHER OPTIONS BUT PAYTEL....WHAT A CROCK, for a company, then get a auto respond for a reply, I bet if management had to use this system one day they would fix it

    Sorry for any frustration or any inconvenience with your calls. Your calls are being called from the tablets inside the jail. These types of calls are made using Wi-Fi and this connection can vary based on the location of the inmate and the internet service provider at the facility . You are only charged for the minutes you speak on each call. Again, we apologize for any problems. If you continue to have these issues, you can advise the inmate to use the wall phones to see if this will help with your issue.

    This place is terrible they don't have way to transfer my money from old account to current account so I have to go with out talking to my loved one tillonday morning cause back months ago my bank canceled payment to a draw that was fraudulent an it's been paid by me an they make me use pay near me which is wrong.
