    I left my computer with *************** to be repaired he had it for approximately 3 months before he ever looked at it once it was looked at it took another two to three weeks to tell me what was wrong with it at that point I told him that I no longer wanted him to repair it and he assured me there would be no charge since it took so long for him to do what he had promised would be done in a short time I have made numerous attempts to contact him in person by phone and by text with no response for the return of my expensive gaming computer at this time I would like to have my gaming computer returned to me or compensation for the cost of the gaming computer

    I left my computer with them. It took around 9 months for them to even look at it to fix me a price.
    They agreed to take payments. I sent them my card info, they didn't take a payment. I followed up and told them they didn't take it and told them they can take that payment and another one. They didn't. A few months later I went to their office during normal business hours to make a payment. No one was there. I text them. They said they would be there soon. I waited over 30min and no one came. A week later they text asking me when I can come in. I told them I was at work.
    They told me they would hold my computer for 6 months after that. I saved up the $1,500 and contacted them 5 months after that. They told me to send them all of my personal info and debit card number so they could take the payment. I sent it to them. After they got it they said "oh, we disposed of your computer, but we still have the data recovery you want to pay for. You can just pay us for that and we will sell you a new computer." I feel like I have been scammed. I saved all the text and communication.
    I gave them the opportunity to fix the situation. They refused and said it was my fault they sold my computer.
    I want my computer replaced and the data recovery they still have that I sent the info to pay for.
