    On 11/24/23, I ordered a Black Friday deal for four RAMs (19lbs, 33lbs, 44lbs and 55lbs) using the ************************** discount. The website advertised the following Black Friday deal Free 22lbs RAM with every RAM purchased in any weight (Automatically ships with order). On 12/5/23, I received the four RAMs I ordered but the four free 22lbs were not included. I sent an email to the company inquiring about the missing four free RAMs. On 12/11/23, the company responded and said I availed the Camp Gladiator trainer discount rather than the actual Black Friday deal. I responded (not sure of the date) staying I did not see anything on the website stating using Camp Gladiator discount disqualified you from the promotion. I asked if they could show me on the website where this was stated.On 12/27/23, I inquired again about resolution to the problem, asked them to send me the Black Friday deal requirements from the website and to reevaluate my request. I also offered to pay $63.90 which was the difference between the regular price and the Camp Gladiator discount or to have them send me three 22lbs RAMs instead of four deducting the approximate cost of one 22lbs RAM.On 1/4/24, I sent a follow up email stating if they were not able to provide the stipulations for purchase (pertaining to the Black Friday deal) as requested in my prior emails I would like to request a full refund including the cost of shipping (delivery and return shipping if applicable).1/22/24 to date, I have to heard back from the company.
