    The Wilmington location lacks any sort of organization as well as below-level customer service and follow-through.
    We purchased flooring through the previous owner (Crystal Carpet) 2 years ago including having sections of sub-flooring replaced. Just recently in the last several months, we began experiencing issues. We were told by the new owner that he would not warranty any labor and or product. After pleading my case along with seeing if we could come to some sort of agreement with us paying for the labor and them paying for the product, we were told NO. We even offered to sign a document agreeing that after this repair was done if we had any issues in the future, we would not hold them liable.
    I was given the example “If I purchased something from JC Penny and they sold out to Belk, do I think Belk would do anything for me”. Then told me to have a nice day before he hung up on me.
