    Builder verbally agreed to our offer, even started making plans to move forward with our due diligence and ******* money. Instead of being professional and doing things the right way Builder decided to s**** us by not signing the paperwork, wasted an entire day. Mind you we thought we were set so we backed out of other opportunities which have now been taken. He waited to the very end of the day to send a poorly written email that he is last minute going to take someone elses offer. I understand how business works but are you incapable of doing it the right way and being transparent about having other offers on the table. The bonus point was telling us there will be more new houses in September across the street. Which we dont have until to September to wait around for the same guy to s**** us over twice. He also took forever to respond to our realtor, really adds to the unprofessional experience of Freeman Building concepts llc.
