  The CR Legal Team took care of me and my needs during a time(2 different occasions) when I did not know where to turn, professionally representing and providing direction/ resolution. Entire Team was very respectful, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, informative and led closely the entire journey. I advise family, friends to reach out to the CR Legal for legal services, hands down class act organization. Very impressive community involvement, charity endeavors, educational opportunities as well.

  I've been aware of the CR Legal Team for several years now and I am constantly impressed by their commitment to the communities they serve. Not only do they provide top-notch legal services, but they also make it a priority to give back to the communities in which they serve.
  Whether it's hosting food drives, participating in local charity events, or volunteering their time and resources, CR Legal Team is always looking for ways to make a positive impact.

  My department has worked with CR Legal for many years utilizing their Kids Zone program throughout the school year and during the summer months. This program was phenomenal! The students and staff really enjoyed this program. Cory is awesome to work with and I look forward to working with him in the very near future!

  CR Legal was absolutely amazing for me. They handled all of the legal and Maura Ev stuff after I was hit by a car while riding my bike. They took on all of the little issues and let me focus on recovering.

  I strongly do not recommend. They mention they do civil rights and have free consultations. They don't do free consultations. After submitting my inquiry online "Katrina" contacted me to simply get information and 24 hours later came the rejection. Zero free consultation. She says they don't do civil rights either. She was extremely rude and her tone wasn't approachable. They certainly advertise they do civil rights so I guess I must be missing something. 10 minutes later an attorney "Peter" left me a voicemail to repeat what Katrina already told me, which I thought was incredibly distasteful, unnecessary and unprofessional. I called him back and left him a voicemail where I repeated what I already told Katrina. I think they are bunch of sniveling lying lawyers over here, their staff need thicker skin and they should try to avoid picking up the boxing gloves and going toe to toe with potential clients. Dishonest and discriminatory and desperately need to improve on all levels. These are some of the worst people I've ever talked to in my entire life. Strongly urge to you avoid at all costs.

Crumley Roberts and CR Legal Team will not release the recording of this call out of respect for the caller – the type of respect that was not shown to our Team member. We do not condone the use of aggressive language and the verbal abuse that was received and endured by our Intake Representative, all while maintaining a kind and professional tone.   First of all, I would like to thank the BBB for publishing this review. My entire account that I posted was factual and there was nothing false nor misleading about it. I unapologetically stand on every word I spoke and if given the opportunity I’d do it the same way all over again. Again, the intake needs thicker skin. Had she taken the feedback I left and went about her day instead of running with the speed of every competing Olympic track & field member that ever existed to tell Peter about the feedback she couldn’t handle, thus unnecessarily escalating this matter into this very conflict none of this would of happened. This all started and ended with her.
  Everything I said on that recorded line was the truth and I’ll say it again. Because when lawyers lie and discriminate against the very marginalized and vulnerable population, they claim they’re standing up for, they claim they’re ready and willing to speak out for, when lawyers instead put on the boxing gloves and duke it out with their clients after lying and attempting to deceive them, instead of providing a stepping stone for justice but instead you block access to justice, aggressive language should be least of your worries. And there was no verbal abuse. I spoke only the truth. You just don’t go fly off the seat and run off to tell your boss that a client got upset and put you in your place when you told multiple lies to them. That’s part of the job and again if that’s not her thing perhaps she should go find work doing something else. Better yet maybe she should think twice about reinforcing lies to clients who know better. Nor should the boss go and call and further harass the client by calling me back and repeating those lies to my voicemail while opining liberally about my civil rights issue. You should’ve done that in the free consultation you never gave me. You don’t go advertising a free consultation and then call me a liar when I decide to talk about how I never got it. The audacity that you would come up here and challenge my review in this manner, as if you’re the victim is simply outrageous. Only a hit dog hollers like that. Why come online and spew hatred against me? This firm is a farce. I need justice not jokes.
  This is precisely the level of backwards logic that I initially reviewed. I had a civil rights issue and your website advertises this as a practice area. You advertise free consultations. Your intake lied to me, was rude, became angry and mentioned absolutely nothing about any free consultations. Your firm is the antithesis, it is everything every studying and soon to be graduating lawyer has learned not to be. Your firm is a blight in the community and bulldozing the building and building a bank or a grocery store over it would be better served. Instead of visiting your website about more info about your legal practice areas, your team members and your “ongoing mission” to provide healthier, happier and safer communities, I would like to tell others reading this review not to do that, and I invite you to revisit the classes you took in law school on ethics, morality and the oath you took to provide honest, non-discriminatory services to the public. You are the reason why folks like me get no recourse whenever those with privilege decide to abuse their position. How dare you speak out against my attempt at justice. You are every bit as backwards, as corrupt, twisted, demented, and evil as I said you were. Your response to this review says more about you than it does about me. You are one of the worst firms I’ve ever encountered and quite possibly the worst firm in Greensboro. Possibly the entire southeastern seaboard.
  Only hire this firm if you want to keep this broken system as it is, only if you want to stave off more of your precious and valuable time finding effective counsel, and you actually want to prolong justice for your issue. Otherwise, I heartily, unapologetically, energetically and urgently compel you to avoid this firm. Please teach your intake how to deal with the lies you tell your clients that way she’ll be better equipped in the future to handle the inevitable and appropriate backlash she’ll be faced to deal with. Or here’s an even better idea, don’t lie, discriminate and then decide to put on the boxing gloves with potential clients after you've done that to them. It will backfire on you in some way shape, form or fashion, every time, as it should. Maybe that way when it comes time to write about it we’d have good things to say about this joke of a firm instead of bad. It’s quite simple. This review benefits me none nor do I have the time or the desire to address these kinds of remedial issues your parents should have taught you when you were in grade school. Your intake desperately needs to improve but most importantly she needs to realize that as long as she continues to reinforce the lies the attorney’s dish out, this is something you guys are going to have to prepare for repeatedly. It certainly won’t be the last time you all have to address something like this on this platform.
