      I hired this firm back in November 2022 for a MVA. They have not yet closed the case or given me any update on it. I have requested them to close the case since February 2022, but they have not. On June 7 I received an email stating they have sent in for initial offer and it will take up to 60 days. The last email received from them was on July 31 and they said it was still pending. I’ve emailed 3 times since and spoke with the paralegal and she said she would reach out to my lawyer but she has since stopped responding.

      C******* spoke with Ms. ****** on Monday October 2, 2023 after receiving
      notification of the BBB complaint. Ms. ****** expressed frustration in lack of
      communication from our firm. Our firm shows records of contacting her on the
      following dates: 11/8/22 (phone), 11/10/22 (email), 11/14/22 (text), 12/15/22
      (email), 1/19/23 (email), 1/20/23 (email), 1/26/23 (email), 2/2/23 (email),
      2/7/23 (email), 2/9/23 (email), 2/21/23 (phone), 4/11/23 (email), 5/8/23
      (email), 6/7/23 (email), 7/31/23 (email), 8/22/23 (phone), 9/14/23 (phone),
      9/22/23 (phone), 9/25/23 (phone), 10/2/23 (phone).

      Ms.
      ****** advised our firm in January 2023 that she had completed her treatment,
      and asked for us to handle her children’s claims as well. We began gathering
      all evidence for Ms. ****** and her children from the relevant medical
      providers.  All final evidence was received for Ms. ******’s case by April
      13, 2023, was then all assembled into a demand package, a demand letter was
      drafted, and was sent to the liability insurance carrier on June 8, 2023. The
      liability insurance carrier finally issued their initial offer on August 28,
      2023. The claim was settled on September 22, 2023. We are currently waiting on
      the settlement check to arrive, and then we can disburse all funds promptly.

      An
      apology was issued to Ms. ****** that we did not provide more communication
      throughout her case. In our conversation with Ms. ****** on October 2nd,
      she stated that she would like to withdraw the complaint made with the BBB if
      possible, as the issue has been resolved to her satisfaction.
