    This company is a farce. I wasted a day waiting for them to come to repair my washing machine. No one answered the phone number given for my area and there was no way to contact the company's headquarters. Finally, I was able to get someone to answer the phone in a location that doesn't service my area and she was going to send an email to the headquarters. I never received a response. I contacted Frigidaire and the appointment had been cancelled....why? Why Electrolux/Frigidaire would even use this company is beyond me. From other reviews, it appears that they use the same excuses over and over again. I hope that referring companies become informed about how bad the service is at NPS and stops using them.

    I'm so sorry about the inconvenience you experienced. Since the pandemic, we have been trying to hire technicians and office staff but without any luck so far. Probably it is the problem not only for us but still for that reason, we had asked your warranty company to adjust call volume down which we can handle but turned out to be not. That was the main reason we could not respond to each customer properly. Now that we have got the confirmation that they will adjust call volume so we will make sure to work out with customers more properly. Please understand that we are just one of the local repair centers that work with your warranty company. Whenever you have a problem you can contact your warranty company so that they can help you immediately.

    Hello Mr. ************,
    We apologize for any inconvenience encountered. After reviewing your dispatch information your dispatch was received on 1/24/2023. Our office attempted to get your initial appointment scheduled for 1/27/2023, unfortunately that date just didn't work out so we suggested we would order parts and set up a new schedule date. In the process of ordering parts related to the issue you were experiencing the parts were delayed as this is common from some of our manufacturers depending on the availability of the part and also where they are being shipped from. One of our representatives did make contact and confirmed an appointment for 2/9/2023 between 12-3. Unfortunately, we were not able to return a call in a timely manner, Our technician did arrive on your property on the day of service 2/09/2023 at 12:15 pm. You advised the technician you no longer required service. Due to this fact we closed out your dispatch. If you are still in need of service please contact your manufacturer warranty for service.

    If there was a negative number they would get it I was contracted through American Home Shield and they even made an appointment without contacting me no one showed up or called. This company can't be contacted via phone and only .are an appointment due to an email that was sent . Then they had the balls to make another appointment contacting me for 8 days out this company needs to restructure there way of doing business. As I came here I see others have been having the same issues shame on you foe providing service or so called providing service and conducting business as such. That's not how you do business period!!!

    We do apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. After further reviewing your dispatch it seems like there was a miscommunication between your warranty (American Home Shield) and our company.
    Unfortunately, our company is not open on weekends. Any missed phone calls or follow-ups needed over the weekends are done the next business day. Our customers get return calls in a timely manner. Please feel free to contact our local office number 336-807-2906
    Initially, we received your dispatch on Thursday evening 7/14/22. Your warranty made a tentative schedule for the next day 7/15/2022.
    Unfortunately, since the dispatch came in such a short time, we could not make the appointment provided by your warranty company.
    Our company then attempted to set an appointment up for 7/19/22 but could not get in contact to confirm the appointment. On 7/20/22 we received a phone call from your warranty stating the service was canceled and the customer no longer needed service.
    Once again, we do apologize for any inconveniences that you experienced and hope your unit is working properly now.
