    I called dobson for a rodent consultation. Aaron with dobson bros pest control came to my house walked in walked right back out and said we didn't have the problem we thought we had. I asked about prevention.. Aaron was only concerned with a "$240 dollar cash only deposit" to which my response was I only have a debit card can you not take payment in other means than cash? The answer I received was here fill this little piece of paper out with my card info and he would submit it to the office basically like a carbon copy when cards first came out type of deal. I did that so then I was watching my account for days waiting for the money to be taken. It never was.I called Aaron directly as I was told to do. I asked him what was happening? and why I haven't been charged? and when will he "be back to setup the equipment that he didn't have with him"? the day of my first visit by them. He said he hadn't been to the office to turn in the card info to charge me and asked if i wanted to just give him cash when he finally came back a little over a week later. I paid him in cash $240 he put out some bait and said that he saw no reason for continued service ok great that's awesome right. Well I get a bill in the mail, multiple I tried to resolve with the office over the phone with no solution made. They don't believe what im saying is true or didn't at the time. So I left it alone now they've sent this to a debt collection agency. I called them again this morning and was informed that Aaron was no longer with the company. I need this debt removed completely from my credit report,debt collectors and whoever else. I paid cash money for a one time service if their employee didn't turn that money in that is not my fault. I called their office and they sent him to me and he is a con it's that simple and I am in no way indebted to dobson. It's only $240 but it's the principle at this point. I called what I thought was a reputable company and got the exact opposite of that

    To Whom It May Concern:

    We are very sorry for the mishandling of this account. The inspector, Aaron, is no longer with our company. I have spoken with our credit department, and the account has been charged off, not against Mr. **********. It is no longer in our legal department. Please keep in mind, our collections department does not report to the credit bureau. We do not wish for this incident to reflect negatively on Dodson Pest Control. We were not aware the inspector was doing this to our customers. I hope taking care of this will satisfy the customer.
