      Go Forth Pest Control fails to provide quality pest control services. There have been mice and insects infestation. Go Forth Pest Control has boon to residence before about mice and insect infestation and what happenes is we are plainly given instructions as a result we have had to go mice control and insect infestation ourselves . Cannot. Depend on Go Forth Pest control at all and fired Go Forth Pest Control.Want our bank card for auto draft each month. To our dismay we stopped automatic payments to discover we we nothing ; all this company is doing is taking money from account without providing any services Did inform Go Forth about this issue and all they want us to do is to pay for services that is not taken place.We have refused to pay out any more money due to this issue!

      I get voice calls and text saying I owe them monies. I got statement in mail that I owe $95.00 but no service date. I’ve never hired this company. I call number on invoice but no answer. Frustrating to say the least. I need help. Thanks, *****

      I paid for a year service was told if I canceled early I had to pay it's pasted a year I told them I don't want there service and they r still charging me and telling me I have an outstanding balance I will not pay it I don't want there service anymore I paid what I owed of the year

      The customer's balance is currently $102.46 for one My Elite Plus pest control service provided on May 5th....his account is past due which is why he is receiving dunning notices. After the May 5th service, the customer called and wanted to "pause" their service which we did.  No further appointments or billings have taken place.

      I just received  a bill for 204 just the other day and I called to cancel was told I could only pause and I'm not pay u for may I never wanted u out there my year ended in April thats when my year is up so I'm not paying u for may because u wanted to extand me I agreed to the year I paid for my year and I'm not paying anything more then the year I agreed to which I already did

      During our monthly service for June 23’ we had a rep come out for an additional service because the mosquitos and bugs have been very bad, and he acknowledged via our ring app that he was spraying for them around back only. About 15 minutes after he left my wife received a text message with pictures from the Rep who stated that he discovered 2 termite colonies and recommended we pay for the services they offered. 600 dollars additional then an extra 30 per month… problem is, the photo wasn’t our house at all. He tried to explain to me where he saw them, and said they probably hid after he discovered them. I then stated that it wasn’t our home and I don’t believe him. After several text bubbles that were deleted, he then responded with, oh…that was meant for the house before yours. SMH. The manager called and was nice enough about it, said he’d look into it and hopes he hasn’t done this to other customers as well. Meanwhile, The rep sent us a contract for 600, with our names and our home address on it, and it was a clear attempt to generate extra revenue from us when it wasn’t needed. I feel this is extremely deceptive and when I asked to cancel my contract, the lady laughed at me and said well, I’m under contract and they will charge me 100 extra to cancel. No way will I pay another penny to this company, and would recommend you all follow suit

      Our Retention team  spoke to ****** and waived the cancellation fee + contract.  There is nothing in the system indicating they are liable for any outstanding amounts.  We also offered a free month of MEP service (he appeared to be pleased with that service), but was going to check with his wife, *******.  Our last follow up was on 7/20 when Stephanie left a VM.  We have still not heard back.

      Business has subtracted $16.50 on my account May 3rd, 2021, then $95 again on June 2, and today another $55…all for services rendered for a residence from my account after I have sold the house and moved months prior (moved Oct 2021. I have contacted them multiple times about the issue and have been assured it would be resolved but it has not. I have not been refunded anything and they continue to subtract monthly, I have explained repeatedly and have been assured repeatedly that it would be stopped, taken care of, resolved, but it has not. I’m awaiting a call back after yet another month of being charged.

      Go Forth pest control bought Bio Shield. My contract was with Bio Shield for 1 year that ended in May of 2022. I have been calling Go Forth to cancel service as my 1 year is over. However, they keep passing my around and telling my that someone from 'cancellation team' will reach out. In the meantime, they are keep charging my credit card for the service that they are not providing. I've never gave this company to charge my credit care without providing service. I have attached a copy of my contract. Ps. I've called multiple times to resolve this issue and every time I get a message that someone from Cancellation team reaches out to me.

We immediately contacted him and cancelled his account. We let him know that our customer service advocate appreciated his feedback so we can better serve our customers moving forward.       In April of this year I found bugs in my garage. They were described as termites by **** ****** **** *******. A representative from the company (Vicky) came out to explain what the process would entail to get rid of them. She quoted me a price of $1700. to do the job. I agreed to that. Then she went on to tell me that for $360. for the year I would be covered in case the termites returned. They would come out and do the job again, no charge to me. I asked if she thought it was necessary to take that coverage and she encouraged me to do so. I decided that I could not have $33.00 taken from my charge card every month and called to cancel that service. I was told that I could not because I “signed a “contract “”. I never signed anything and I got no copies of anything. I was told if I cancelled early that they would come and remove the termite bait and charge me $165.00. When the representative was here, she made it sound like I had a choice whether or not to take the additional coverage and again encouraged me to do so. She never told me that I now had a contract and would have to be paying that additional $33.00 a month for the rest of my life or they will come and take the bait back. I live on SS and don’t have that extra $33.00 a month. They were very nasty on the phone and kept repeating that I signed a contract for the service. Do they have the right to threaten me with removing the bait because I can’t afford that service? What did I pay $1700.00 for? And do they have the right to come onto my property without my permission. Please help me resolve this. Thank you so much for your help.

      Spoke to Mrs ********* about the monthly charge. Offered 2 months credit for miscommunication. She states she was not told about being in a contract nor the monthly fee. Apologized let her know we will get with the person who sold it and provide feedback. Also educated her about DR warranty and benefits of keeping the service. She will be keeping the service. Liked the DR warranty.

She stated she was not informed that it was a contract nor the monthly fee. We apologized for the miscommunication and let her know we will work with the person who sold it and provide feedback. We also further explained to her about DR warranty and the benefits of keeping the service. She will be maintaining her service with Go-Forth Pest Control. The customer was pleased with the final outcome.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I never signed a contract and I never received any paperwork.  I’m assuming they do that so that you have nothing to go back to to dispute this travesty.  I paid $1700.00 to rid my home of termites and had no idea of their hidden fees to keep the bait traps.  They threatened to remove them if I canceled my “contract’!  I think they prey on senior citizens thinking that we’re all senile or stupid.  I live on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay this service for the rest of my life.  The sales rep told me that I should take this insurance to protect me in case the termites returned.  They would rid them for no charge.  I started thinking that if they did the job correctly they shouldn’t return so I asked to cancel what I thought was insurance.  Then the threats began.  I think $1700.00 was enough for the job that was done.  Please help to get me released from this nightmare.  Thanks so much.

      I called Go-Forth Pest Control company on Friday May 13, 2022 to get information about their services. I gave them my information including my credit card info. They were to send me a agreement contract to read and sign and they will to send representative to asses to what service would be required which they have not yet. They emailed me the contract to review and sign and return back to them. I have not met their representative and have not agreed and signed the contract, however by end of phone conversation with phone operator they charged $195 to my credit card without my signed agreement for their service. I called back immediately and asked for the return credit as I had not signed an agreement for their service and they have abused the use of my credit card and it is consider a credit card fraud. 1- I have not received the refund. 2- I had not authorized use of my credit card. 3- I have not met with anyone from their office. 4- Their representative has never met me or assess the issues. 5- I had not agreed or signed their contract.

      Dawn notes from conversation on 05/16-Spoke with ***** and he is very upset that we charged his card without his permission, he said he never agreed to a service. Cancelled NSS appt. Please issue a refund for the startup cost. He said that he was told someone we was going to come out and see what he needed done, customer was very rude and would not let me speak, he just keep saying there is nothing to help him with, that he wants his money refunded to him
