Stay away from this company thay like to rip off old people charge what ever they want when your in a jam with one bathroom pulled toilet snaked 15 ft and charged over ************************ invoice find any one else thay should be ashamed of them self because there are good plumbers out there but there not them pitiful unsatisfied customer

Client contacted *** for what is considered to be an emergency waste whole house sewage back up service. Since no sewage based fixture was available. We do not advertise for any of our services anywhere online.Therefore client could have only found us through a personal reference of ours or our website. Our website lists all of our pricing. This is an extremely transparent business/client relation method. To obtain and retain clients. Client did not inquire about price over phone. Phone call and all texts are kept on file.Technician arrived and completed job. Technician was on time, and cleaned up after job was done. All pictures of work before, during, and after are available. Video recordings are available as well. Technician gave free estimate to client which is something we as a company do not do normally. Client received invoice within less than 24 hours. Technician drove 60 minutes one way to client, technician was on site for 84 minutes for the job and another 12 minutes for the estimate. Client is responsible for the costs incurred related to dispatch, diagnosis/evaluation, consumables, labor, and material. Again all of these prices are on our website. All of these fees and costs are discussed with client prior to a technician beginning work if inquired about. As for a service receipt the clients receipt is in our system for the client and will be processed today or tomorrow. We always will have a receipt sent to the client within 1 to 3 business days. Our office has been closed for the 4th-7th for the Holiday. It should be noted also that the client did not request a receipt for a whole house clog back up. We provide quality pay, and quality benefits for our technicians. We also price everything as affordably as possible for the client. We also as a company have to make a profit on a job to keep our business running.Client did not complain about pricing or quality of work during or after work. It should be noted also that our company uses software to determine fair pricing for each and every single job. This software compares every single zip code in the **. Not only for labor, but also material costs, and company costs. As stated above a free estimate was given. We as a company do not normally do this. That free estimate was emailed to client in under 24 hours. This service was discounted and that is normally not the case. Client was emailed service receipt in a reasonable period of time (1-3 business days). Service took place 07/02/2025. Our company always gets clients service record receipts within ***** hours. Again as noted prior. Our business was closed 07/04 - 07/07 for July 4th. Service receipt was sent 07/08. Only 2 business days after service was complete. Client requested our services. Unmatched Plumbing Company was fast to respond. (90 minutes from the time I called to the time of arrival.) I had no hot water.
Garrett was my technician he was friendly, clean, informative, and seemed extremely knowledgeable.
When everything was done it seemed like no one had even been here.
0 complaints when it came to service and quality I received.
I will call Unmatched Plumbing Company again.

5 starsMy water heater failed. I called Unmatched Plumbing Company in the morning. Garrett was out later that afternoon. He inspected the water heater diagnosed it. Replaced the unit and its cold water supply shut off valve. The price was right in line with what I expected. UPC was honest with their flat rate pricing. Garrett was clean, fast, communicative, and I have zero complaints. My family and I have hot water. I will be hiring them again.Review fromPam B

I can't say enough good things about ******* and Unmatched Plumbing. He came the day after I called. I had contacted other companies but they just wanted to replace my hot water heater. It had leaked once with no other problems. ******* repaited it for MUCH less than replacement would have cost. He was courteous and professional. Left the heater cleaner and in much bettet condition. There was no mess in the basement. Except for a working heater you would never know that he was there.Unmatched Plumbing Company
