- We gladly except returns and exchanges on items previously sold by our company as long as item is returned in a new and unused condition with all boxes and packaging materials intact. All returned items must have a return authorization number before they will be accepted for processing. All authorized return or exchange orders not due to our error may be subjected to a minimum 15% restocking or processing charge.
