      I left an honest and detailed review for this company on ******. 2 Stars with multiple issues. April 18, 2025 **** ******** the owner of the company asked me to take the review down. WOW! No responsibility and all blame.That request undermined the integrity of their company. Not once was there any apology, policy review, or any indication of responsibility during this conversation. That would have been the correct step going forward. But no! To take the time out of my day to talk to **** on the phone about what his company "did" for four months and to try and twist it around on me and the insurance company was insulting. Then to ask to take the review down was the last straw for me.All their positive reviews go in the trash if they have no integrity. Never again will I do business with them or recommend them to anyone.

      The date of loss was August 6 but ***** would not allow us onsite until September 16. We started Mitigation that same day and finished in 3 days. ***** told us he was very happy with that work. We sent a repair estimate to his adjuster on September 23 but his adjuster had a family emergency and did not reply to us until November 5. We called and/or emailed the insurance company more that 20 times. We called and/or emailed the ********** 8 times that are documented, but actually more than that. On the same day as adjuster approval, we called and scheduled an appointment and started work shortly thereafter. ***** promised to have a deductible check for us to pickup on November 8 but he failed to provide it. We started anyhow because we wanted to provide extraordinary care. We had to replace a drywall trade with a different trade, but we promptly corrected course. That what great contractors do! ***** told me he was happy with the final product, he signed our completion form and paid his invoice. I called him and asked him to change his ****** review or remove it because it was misleading and unfair. Maybe ***** could share pictures of the finished work rather than the misleading photos he posted online. His ****** review was posted 4 months after job completion so not much we could address. All of our team were very professional and patient throughout this job. I wrote to ***** that we were sorry we could not meet their expectations, yet he says he just wants an apology? Our total time on site was 14 days to complete mitigation and repairs combined. The rest of the long project cycle is attributable to homeowner delay (5 weeks) and adjuster insurance delay (6 weeks). We strive for 10 out of 10 on every job. Our Vision is to provide extraordinary care while serving people in their time of need. Once again, sorry ***** we could not satisfy you but we are happy to know that we did great work for you.

      Again,A highly inaccurate description of the events that occurred. All the blame of course on the insurance company. Again, yes it took them a while, but there was barely communication with me and the communication I did receive was not accurate. Signing a random piece of paper after the job is finally complete is not an admission of Happy as you have inferred, but rather that you finally finished.The only thing you should have done was take responsibility for your business actions, improve your process, and do better. However, calling a customer and asking them to take a factual review down and not take responsibility not only violates Googles standards of review ethics,, but shows your lack of integrity and ethics as well. In addition, it should have no bearing at all as to when the review was submitted. I wanted to be certain there were no additional problems with the project. So I waited a period of time which was very reasonable. You attacked that amount of time as well. Do better, accept responsibility for your actions, and humble yourself with a customer centered approach.

      I had the privilege of working with Paul Davis Restoration after being put in a not so ideal situation & had the best experience with this company. They were super patient working with my homeowners insurance & did all the hard work for me! I will definitely be using them in any future restorations I may need.
