    They nickle and dime customers for every single little part on any assembly. Even parts that were destroyed in the process of pulling the part you actually need.Pull a trailing arm but cut the axle to get it out? They charge you for the axle and trailing arm.Pull a hood with some scratches/dents and ask for a slight discount? They are extremely rude and quote non-existant "company policies" that do not exist in any writing or legal ********** for parts prices that aren't on the website? You will be hung up on, verbally abused, or have someone who doesn't even speak you countries national language.They charge a 3$ entry fee when the going local rate is around 1-2$.They do not properly recycle catalytic convertors/fluids (and in consequence they leak all over their yards).The employees do not do their work properly (you will NEVER find an employee with a forklift to help you lift a heavy object).Prices fluctuate day by day by how the person running the cash register feels. The prices also do not match the advertised prices on their website as well.Even buying the "didn't fit/can return whenever" warranty you are not allowed to return the part for any reason. Have been denied on multiple occasions.Part prices have skyrocketed for no apparent reason. They are now MORE than OEM prices. It's mental and makes no sense.They have electric fences around their entire perimeter with NO warning signs. A very dangerous hazard for anyone in the yard.
