    I purchased a car from Impex that had damage to the passenger mirror and I asked for money off the price or for them to repair it. They said they would fix it and "make it right." They gave me a piece of paper that said "Owe You" and told me to make an appointment within 30 days. Before I signed the paper I specifically asked if they would be using Honda parts and not a knock off and Sammy said yes. The apt was made and when we tried to confirm how they were going to fix it, we couldn't get an answer. I called for 3 days trying to get a service mgr to call. I ended up driving to the service center and speaking to the mgr. when I asked how they were going to fix it he said they would repair it. I then asked him to tell me how. He said bondo, sand and paint. I had already had a body shop tell me the housing needed to be replaced, the damage was to bad for bondo. He told me I had signed the paper that said repair not replace. He was so disrespectful and his sarcasm was not appreciated. When I told him I specifically requested Honda parts he said, it will be, the original mirror is a Honda part. I told him I would take it to my body shop and that I would also be writing a review. I left and 15 mins later he had the front desk person call and say they would order the housing part. I told them thanks, but no thanks! He was the epitome of the slimy stereotypical car salesman. I wouldn't trust them with the car. Please think twice before buying from them. Once they have your money, you are not important to them. I wish I had read reviews before we went there. My comments are not unique ...no call backs and not doing what they said they would is a common theme with this business. BEWARE!

    I'm out of state and was really interested in a truck there that is hard to find, the staff seemed very nice but after almost two weeks of half answered questions or waiting for more information that never came I hired ***** ***** to go inspect and test drive the truck for me, I was not surprised when the third party review came back all bad, they couldn't even get the hood open and it ran so rough that they didn't test drive, well worth the third party inspection, I would never ever buy anything from this company.

    I appreciate your apology however you spent more time responding to my complaint than actually my inquiry, you can refund the money I spent to ***** ***** if you're wanting to service me better.

    I give this gang of crooks 0 stars. They lied to me repeatedly about everything, and then when I called them out on their lies, they lied about the lie. No integrity whatsoever, pressured me to place a $1000 deposit on a vehicle, promised me that when I did that it was mine and they’d lock the keys up until the next morning when we could do the paperwork. The next morning came and went, awaiting the paperwork that never came only to call and find out that they sold the vehicle that my deposit supposedly secured for me. Lie after lie after lie, then when I requested my deposit back, they did everything they could not to. Still haven’t gotten my deposit back over 24 hours later. Filed a complaint with the dealer board and filed charges against them with the state police dept. Crooks, frauds, and liars. Buyer beware!!!

    I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle online. I decided to give it a try. I started my purchase on March 9, 2023 and it has been 18 days and I have still not received my vehicle. I was told every other day that someone was off and they will get back with me. At the beginning of the process I was told the whole process would take 3 to 8 days. Now my 14 day grace period is already up and have not received the vehicle and my seven day moneyback guarantee is no longer available. My vehicle was supposed to get picked up on Tuesday and today is Sunday and I still have not received my vehicle. I have LoJack on the vehicle and it has been at someone’s house for three days and it is taking a driver 20 hours or more to drive a 10 Hour Dr.. He has stopped at every truck station between here and North Carolina. I would not recommend this dealership.

    I bought my car in march of 2021, great deal on the car and the moment I bought the car I knew it had transmission issues. So not a week after having the car I take it to the service center and have them look at it. They tell me nothing is wrong. It was until October that year that they finally replaced my transmission only because the engine and transmission mounts were falling apart and the transmission was showing metal shavings. After a month of waiting, get the car back and it still has transmission issues. I’ve taken it to them multiple times and they refuse to fix it since they believe nothing is wrong. I have also come to find out that the transmission is leaking fluid and has scrapes on it. They tell me that the fluid is from a break vacuum pump and tried to replace it without my consent. They still don’t believe there is transmission problems when it’s slipping and jerking and I’ve already confirmed with another Impex shop that it needs to be replaced. But because this Impex has already replaced it, the other one can’t touch it. The service manager will barely speak to me in person or over the phone, he’s rude to his customers and his employees. I just want my transmission fixed properly and not have to worry about when it’s going to go out on me. They just seem entirely lazy and don’t want to fix anything. Any issues I’ve had with the car, they constantly told me that they didn’t see anything wrong with it until I took it to the other Impex shop and they tell me that I have multiple things wrong. I even have dash cam footage of this Impex barely looking at my car or having a ford professional come out and look at the transmission and after having it an hour or so they park it for a day and a half!! Only for me to call and find put that they started a claim on my warranty without my permission or knowledge of them doing so. They don’t care about their customers and I’m tired of going to them for a problem that they should have fixed ages ago.

    Scam Dealership. Use of fraudulent CarFax reports and undisclosed vehicle damage history. Stay Away!
    Purchased a 2015 Audi A3 in June 2021, with a "clean" CarFax, no accidents. Now want to trade it in on another vehicle at another dealership and come to find out via their Experian AutoCheck Report that the vehicle was in two previous major accidents with air bags deployed. We would have never purchased that vehicle from them. Scammers. I recommend you take your hard earned money else where.

    My daughter brought a 2017 Buick Lacross in 2019. She signed the carfax paper stating the it had been wrecked but minor and I witnessed it. She went to trade it two weeks ago and the car salesman showed us the carfax that they pulled up showing two major accidents with the car bag coming out. She had to take a $4000 loss for to trade the car. I called the manager Monday and he said ys she could have been showed the first carfax and it not there fault. What should we do ?

    I had been searching everywhere for a newer Nissan Armada with low miles. I happened upon Impex Auto Sales online and found exactly what I wanted. I was nervous about buying a car from out of state, but Teryl made me feel at ease from start to finish of the buying process! He kept me informed and up to date. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

    I was looking for a pick em up I’m from West Virginia so I came across this beautiful white Chevy 2500 gas I called Impex Auto got ahold of Teryl down there he was on top of his game I tell you what I’ve bought hundreds of cars in the past but never met one I could trust until now that guy Teryl went above beyond on pics videos you name it he sent it if you want good I mean great experience go ask for Teryl he’s truly top notch!!!!!!!

    I bought my wife a car from Impex in Greensboro NC in 2016 and we had a great experience. We then had to help two of our daughters get cars in 2020, once again a great experience. Teryl B. was our salesperson and I could not have ask for a better person to do the job. He was pleasant and personable. We will buy our next car from Impex and Teryl when it is time!
