  No stars for this company. They are snakes. They agreed to repossess a truck for 550.00 and then once they picked it up. They threatened to put a lien on it if they were not paid 6000.00 They extorted us for 6000.00 we had to pay to get the truck back. They lied and said they got verbal agreement to charge 6000.00 What madness is this. Why does the state of North Carolina allow this. They are a new company in Kannapolis and very shady and unprofessional. You cant talk to them on the phone they start yelling and cussing threatening to charge you more money. What is the State of North Carolina going to do about this. They are new in Kannapolis dont allow them to come in and do this to your community.

  This was a repossession that you sent us on a rat race for. They repo was on a contiguous which is a % of the vehicle worth. You lied to us and the bank. All vehicles are held until paid for on all repossession. They dropped you and now your mad. You told the Kannapolis police to come over and smack us around. We are not a new company. You however owe back taxes and is shut down for it. You tried to get over on us. Your statement is so made up. Your the one that threatens people. Telling us to go to the door and get aggressive with a debtor and we refused to. You were a middle man. You lied to both us a ****** ********* Credit Union. You lied about the check being over night. It still has not came you wanted us to release the vehicle without payment. And you threatened us because we wouldn't.

  There is no comment to these snakes. Their whole response is a lie. Every bit of it. Its how they operate . The truck they picked up was sitting at a walmart with keys. They wanted to keep the truck and tried their best to do it. We dealt with these whatever for 1 week after quickly realizing hurry up and stop all business with them. No one dropped us after their extortion attempt. We have proof of the check that was overnited. We also have proof of the first invoice they submitted and then days later the second invoice. This person dreamt all this up in her head. The citizens in their area need to be aware of their business tactics.

  This company is now a Towing Company called AWI towing & Recovery LLC.
  This company is a scam and unprofessional. Once the car is on the hook they demand a new price to be paid and will damage the car. Its ridiculous they are in business

  Your 18-year-old daughter was at a bar drunk and parked illegally on our customers lot and she had run into a curb and damaged the vehicle underneath. There are plenty of signs stating no parking or vehicle will be towed. Our customer wanted it and any other car removed from their property.
  The night that you came here and started the finger pointing, you called the police you were given a copy of our insurance certificate the police told us inside our office that it looked like your daughter ran into a curb that damaged the neon light.
