    Have a contract for ******** of the Triad to deliver salt monthly and check the water softener. I was told 4-5 weeks ago that they would be out to add salt. No-one has come and when I call, the call will not go through. Have they gone out of business? If so I need them to destroy my payment information, and recommend who can continue serving my softener

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I did however contact head office Culligan and they put me in touch with the ******************* who were very helpful. The ***************** I assume still has my banking info which I am not happy about

    - Culligan installed home water softener on Dec. 7, 2023.- The installation was inspected by *** (sales rep) on Dec. 28.- In March, salt level was not decreasing, kink in the overflow line.- Tried regenerating, no noise/activity, no change in salt level.- Ran a test, confirmed water was hard.- Week of April 1 - Called Culligan of the Triad (**********) and left a VM.- Week of April 8 - Called Culligan several times - their main recording said office is closed - no option to leave VW.- April 10 - Called *** (sales) and left a VW.- April 11, 2024 - Called Culligan Consumer Affairs (*****) who said he would investigate.- Exchanged numerous calls and VMs with *****, no progress, he was not able to reach them either.- Since December 28, 2024, no contact from Culligan of the Triad.Now we are going to do this the hard way. Most of this will happen regardless of how you respond to this complaint. This BBB complaint is the first step. By the time Culligan reads this, I will be underway with the next steps. I have already connected with numerous Culligan executives (CEO, COO, etc.) on LinkedIn to share my story. I've already filed a consumer complaint with the ************************************ I will share my story on social media with such shock and awe that it will make you wonder if I ever sleep. I'll reach out to local news to see if they want to run a consumer affairs segment on this with others similarly abandoned by Culligan. I will have our home water softener serviced by a Culligan competitor, and I will take you to small claims court to pay for that service.All of this will happen, and the same thought that will be running through your head with each step of this escalation will be "wow, he actually did it".

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.

    We had Culligan of ********* come to service our Culligan system (which can ONLY be serviced by a Culligan representative) on April 26, 2024. They charged us for the service visit despite this being to correct defects in the installation by Culligan of the Triad. We are seeking reimbursement of that amount - $159.06 (invoice attached).
