    I supported a Kickstarter campaign for a new windshield wiper manufacturing company named, Schedge". I ordered 4 sets of wipers, for my truck, my wife's van, and our kids' vehicles.

    While I was installing the wipers on my wife's van, a piece fell off. I had a lot of trouble installing them on the van. I've been driving for 36 years. I've always changed my own wipers and never had any trouble doing it. Schedge sent a link to a video with instructions. It was another company's instruction video for a different set of wipers that were made completely differently. Since the parts were not the same, the video was of no use.

    I put them on my truck. One blew off when I drove down the highway. I've had my truck for 26 years. I've put a lot of wipers on it. I know how to install them. I didn't bother attempting to install the others on my kids' cars, and I removed them from the other vehicles. They are junk, and using them would make the vehicle unsafe to drive in the rain.

    I asked for a refund. They replied, "Unfortunately a refund is not an option as Kickstarter campaigns are never a guaranteed success."

    I paid them $80. They took money from a lot of people, sent us all a junk product, and they offer no support. Not even instructions. It appears to have been a scam from the beginning.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.



    I honestly don't expect them to respond. I think this was a scam from the beginning, and they've already moved on to their next scam.
