      This is for the **** **** Inn location. My dog was dropped off today 1-5-23 for a grooming appointment. She was supposed to get a touch up. I asked before leaving how much and how long it would be. After asking the groomer I was told it would be $51 today. They state: Touch-Up Packages include a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, perfume, brush out, and a face, feet, and sanitary trim. After 6 hours my husband goes to pick her up and is charged $60 when clearly nothing has been trimmed. A lady even grabbed my dog around the neck demanding the $60. I called the location and was told to call the manager next week and there was nothing they could do. I tried to explain I was not charged what I was quoted and nobody called me to say it would be more ( like they always have in the past)I was also told they don’t do appointments, just drop off times when I’ve never been told that before and I’ve gone there numerous times. 6-9 hours is too long to have a dog for a groom or touch up. Basically all my dog got was a bath and we got poor customer service and even worse explanations.
