      This was my first and last visit to this establishment. They come here every year, and it's clear that many others have noticed their inconsistent pricing and possible price gouging. Today, I went in to buy a ******* for my daughter, and even though the *******s were the same size, the prices varied. I noticed three identical *******s in the same size, but they all had different price tags. One was $42.99, another was around $56 or $57, and the last one was $75. There weren't any additional features or extras; they were just priced differently. So, I decided to go with the one that was $42.99 and the stickers were intact. When I went to the register, the price tag on the Luigi ******* read $42.99. However, the rude cashier, who struck me as a "*****," insisted the price was $56. I was taken aback and pointed out that the tag clearly said $42. She then claimed that some people switch price tags. To be honest, the sticker looked brand new, not tampered with at all. Normally, if there's a pricing error, establishments apologize and honor the lower price. Instead, she offered to sell it to me for $52, trying to make a joke out of it. While I could afford it, it was about the principle of the matter. I declined and the cashier dismissively said, "Okay then." When I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed to be the manager herself, continuing to argue with me. I mentioned that I would be posting a review on social media, and she simply responded with, "Please do." Well, "*****," youve had your moment! I wasnt going to let this slide. After that, they came outside and started laughing and waving at me in which you can see in the video. I've never experienced anything like this before, and I certainly won't return.

      I ordered a costume and paid extra for express shipping. The costume did not arrive on time and when it did arrive, the size was wrong so I called and they sent me a return label and said I would be refunded when I returned the item. It has been 2 weeks since item was returned and I still have not received a refund. I just tried calling and the representative said that it will be a month before I am refunded. How is that even legal? I am calling my bank to report this as a fraud.
