    I am waiting for their office to open this morning so that I can HOPEFULLY get a situation resolved semi-satisfactorily. My granddaughter's new *************** case worker had made her (granddaughter's) defiant behavior MUCH WORSE by TAKING SIDES WITH HER (granddaughter) AGAINST US, AND EVEN PLACING ALL BLAME ON HER GRANDFATHER during ************** (when I asked her to join us to TRY to reach a workable agreement).

    Setting up transportation requires several phone calls to different numbers, then it still takes an onerous amount of time.Calling customer service as a member or provider often takes you to a dead number, stating that Trillium is "closed" even when it is within business hours. Main number for Trillium is 1-eight77-six00-five472, try it for yourself. Doesn't even include all the affected NC counties in the option list.Trying to help my clients request duplicate health insurance cards is impossible.The website is a dead end for setting up accounts: after giving a verification email, no actual email is sent and the process cannot continue.I'm wondering if 3 people in a strip mall run this MCO behind a ******************* (no offense intended to *******************). I would really like some feedback here on how Trillium is working to remedy this situation.Thanks.
