      The therapists on staff for this establishment need to be properly monitored and trained to handle instances of suicidal ideations communicated by minors. It was relayed to a therapist on staff that a minor client of hers had communicated suicidal ideations to a non-primary caregiver and this information was not relayed to the child's primary caregiver until two weeks later when the child threatened to end their life. When this information was relayed to the business, no one in the office seemed concerned about the well-being of the child nor were disturbed by the lack of communication by the therapist.
