    When expressing concerns about a previous meeting and articulating that I was not attacking the representative from this company however that I was upset she threatened to end the *** 2nd annual meeting. As a board member I explained that my frustration was with the company not the individual. I have to pay *** **** and pay my fees religiously however I do not feel that the company is taking my concerns in this *** seriously. It may not be intentional however we have been passed around to 3-4 representatives in this company. The company has promised to set meetings and have not followed through. During the first meeting they stated we could have 8 member then during the second meeting they stated that the wanted to reduce the members. We are having to reiterate the same questions as stated in previous meetings when asking questions the representative refers board to read material in portals instead of answering it directly. It took me a year of writing personally and my realtor also having to reach out just to make contact with this entity. I bought a home in this community without knowingly knowing it was ***. This is just upsetting. I just want my fees to count.
