    Accused of water damage. Tried to explain to her we dont take showers we take baths. She is evicting me because I didnt buy a shower curtain. They should be investigated for painting over the mold and previous water damage. They take your money then evict you.

    I applied for a property with Southern Properties the woman that work at the office accused me of filling out the form she asked me to take to my previous apartment owners which I did and I was 4 mins late getting back to work because I did take it to my previous landlord. Then she told me it doesnt matter anyways because my application was denied she was very snooty and dismissive when I asked would I get a copy of my background she said no and kept trying to hang up on me although I had questions I stated most rental places would give you a copy or a reference number to see why you were denied she said no we do not do that and I dont know any places that do. She was very rude. I cant tell anyone to rent or not to rent from them because Im not sure how they handle maintenance but customer service is poor.
