    4/25/2024 we paid them $7113.00 to have our timeshare cancelled. The agreement included a guarantee to refund 100/% of our money if they did not complete this within one year. We have been calling and emailed them without a response. I believe this is a huge scam operation and would like to resolve this without an attorney. In my last email I told them I would contact the Attorney General of Florida, hoping to receive some assistance from them.

    On 1/10/24, my ******** paid TS Compliance Group (hereinafter TSCG), $7700.00 for time share exit service. They came to our attention from a mail ad sent via u.s. postal service. We attended an invitation-only presentation. We watched a presentation that discussed a new law that allows time share owners, if qualified, to terminate their time share contract. We completed several forms to determine our eligibility. The **** *** told us we qualified based on our responses. To ***** our concerns, **** *** presented a TS Compliance Group Certificate of Guarantee which notes TS Compliance Group Guarantees that we will get your timeshare contract cancelled within 12 months or the Client will get 100% of all fees paid to TS Compliance Group and YOUR TIMESHARE DEVELOPER refunded. Given that written assurance, we decided to move forward. We were also told we had to pay one (1) more annual maintenance fee to the time share company to allow time for **** to complete its work as our account had to be in good standing to proceed. We paid the maint. fee in April 2024. We were told the money paid to **** would be placed in escrow account and released once cancellation is achieved. We were told to make the check payable to TS HOLDINGS. After hiring ****, my wife contacted them numerous times (5/2/24, 8/27&30/24, 9/10/24) for a status update but was frustrated getting it, and finally being told to let the process evolve. We waited until 1/14/25, more than 1 year since hiring ****, to contact **** to request a refund per their guarantee since the cancellation had not occurred. We also called and texted the personal service *** ************* and at her request texted a copy of the Guarantee. On 2/4/25 we received an email from another company, Serenty1, telling us they had been hired by **** to continue the cancellation effort and wanted us to sign an agreement. We told S1 that we are seeking a refund under **** guarantee and therefore S1 service is not needed.

    On 2/15/2024 ****** W. *************** ******* paid TS Compliance $11,201.00 to get our timeshare (BlueGreen) contract Canceled. I have been trying to reach them for the last month. They do not answer the phone or return my calls. Our contract says they will remove us from ********* within 1 year or "100% Money Back Guarantee".

    I am filing a complaint against The TS Compliance Group a timeshare removal company.I received a call inviting me to a time share talk and accepted the invitation, I was told that they would be discussing changes for Interval World and RCI. So thought it might be interesting to attend.The location for the meeting was here in *********, ******** at a **********************, Address ********************************************* on September 6, 2023 During the meeting I was surprised that they were talking about how hard it was to get out of a time share and they could help people get out. Since I lost my job on August 6, 2023. I thought this must be a sign for me to investigate it more. So, they asked me questions to see if I qualified for the program and proceeded to provided, me with an estimate that would be the fees that would cover the processing fee for the company and the funds that would be paid to Hilton/***************The cost was $4,000 for their company and the remaining $28,000 would be paid to the ********* company. The total sent to them was $32,295.00. Note: The reason why I dont have the official breakdown was the number was shown to me and not added to the contract. Since my contract was very new and I felt I needed help getting out my contract with ****** I proceeded to agree to the terms and conditions and signed up. I originally gave a down payment of ***** from my credit cards and the remaining funds would be withdrawn from my 401k savings account. Which took all my saving account. A separate cashiers check was sent to their address to:TS Holdings *********************************************** ESCROW PROMISSORY AGREEMENT included in the copies.I received a welcome e-mail from ***** **** the Attorney Liaison TS Compliance LLC was received on 09/07/2023 introducing himself TS Compliance 1 file.pdf. He was the designated point of contact with the company. .

    On Dec 21, 2023, We met with representives from TS Compliance in regard to cancelling our timeshare with Wyndham. It was a good presentation and we accepted their proposal, giving them a check for $15,557.00 to cancel our program. We were given documentation guaranteeing our cancellation our we would get out money if not completed within 12 months. Initially, I got some communications from this company if I contacted them. The last time called, I was given a new contact name, ******, who does not answer or return calls. Now I get no answers to calls, no return calls and no response to emails. I am reasonable this company has stolen my money. But I am giving them the benefit of the doubt until 12 months has expired.

    We were sent an invitation by TSCompliance Group to learn about information that could have adverse consequences to our heirs. We attended a meeting and signed an agreement on 9/13/23 for them to handle cancellation of our timeshare. We sent all the required documents the next day and ***** ****, our appointed liaison contacted us and said if we have any questions, he was our representative. I emailed them on 11/15/23, and again on 5/28/24 and again on 7/15/24 and again on 9/11/24, responses assured me it all takes time and was in process. On 9/18/24, he responded that they did not have the documents we send on 9/14/23( I resent the original email with attachments) and would we resend, which I did. On 10/11/24 I contacted ****** (attorney handling our case) by a phone number supplied by *****, he never returned my call. On 10/17/24 I sent an email requesting a 100% guarantee return of our deposit. When I did not hear back again, I sent emails and called all the phone numbers I had, no one responded. I called the main office today and a person took my information and within an hour ***** called me. He told me he had nothing to do with the guarantee refunds but would forward my email with the request. I asked him to copy me, which he did not. I also had an email address for escrow accounts, but when I sent my copy it was returned for a non existent address. I called the company again and asked for a good email address, they will have someone call me back. I also found a phone number for TSHoldings on the BBB website and called and left a message there. We just want our money returned under their guarantee.

    We attended a seminar hosted by this company that promised to get us out of our timeshare commitment. They represented themselves as attorneys. After the presentation, they took us separately with an agent who took our timeshare information, then supposedly called our timeshare company and "negotiated" a settlement of $7500 in order to for us to cede ownership back to them and no longer be responsible for annual taxes and fees. We agreed, and paid them, and they said it would take a couple of months for all the paperwork to clear. It has been 7 months, and nothing has happened. We keep getting promises but no progress. I finally researched them, and their old name - TS Compliance (without Group), and have found that they are not attorneys nor has anyone actually gotten out of their timeshare obligation through them. This is a scam, plain and simple, and I don't understand how they stay in business, not how the BBB can give them an "A" rating. We have no hopes of getting our money back but hope others will read this and not sign a contract with them.

    We were told at the seminar it would take 3 months, not *****, and I believe this new timeline is a stall tactic. I have read the numerous complaints against your business from  customers who have been waiting several years for a resolution that never happens, so why should I believe my case will be any different? You have been investigated and labeled as a scam, so your "please be patient" response is not enough.

    When we are lied to at your seminars, I have no faith that you are telling the truth now. Saying that it will take longer (and I again refer to BBB complaints that some people are still lacking resolution after many years), is just to prolong our misery. Until you get me out of my timeshare obligation, or refund my money, I will not be satisfied nor accept your explanations.

    August 2023 we paid $11,500 to TS Compliance to help us out of our Time Share with **************. We have an annual maintenance fee due on 04/30/2024 and to date we have no communication from them. We have left several phone calls daily and still no answer. I need them to give us an update on this or return our money. They have poor skills in communication.

    I am rejecting this response because:the first complaint was closed the problem was not solved. 1) the company and it's attorney does not call back or follow up with our questions. 2) They had our money since August *************************************** ************** to resolve the issue of selling our time share 3) all call to TS Compliance goes to the client service and thier answer is always the same "every one is busy I will send email and they will contact you>" 4) It seems when ***** does send an email or call (with no answer for us) he seems upset he has to work 5) Now we are being penalties by ************** for failure to make the annual payment on time to include interest and late fees 6) if payment or contact by TS not done by May 15th then our account will be sent to collection with more penalties and our credit rating is affected TS has failed to do what they promised to us

    We are rejecting this complaint due to untrue allegations. We have been in contact with client on numerous occasions. Manhattan **** is a unique situation that the state attorney generals got involved in and has slowed down the process. We have explained to both owners there are two owners on the deed and both email almost if not every day asking for any update daily. Its very hard to update daily. We are more than willing to show all communication and daily calls and emails from them.

    I am rejecting the last 2 answers to my complaints. The company NEVER contacted us - they never do. To have the BBB settle this without contacting us is wrong Again August 2023 we gave them $11,500 to settle our time share with *************** To date only 4 phone calls were received all by February 2024. We had a renewal in April and no contact to date with TS Compliance. We would like a real call and updated status - otherwise as per the signed agreement we will request a full refund by 06/30/2024 - which is within the 12 months that all refunds can be requested

    Between this client and the other on the deed they call non stop which we answer or get back to them in a timely manner however the property is under foreclosure protection 

    so the state of NY is in involved which is taking time. It is out of our control however we are completing for the client. We have over 40 clients at the ************** currently in the process and this client is the only one that doesnt understand the dilemma. Its all over the weekend the issues with their timeshare developer. Again we will complete the process

    Seminar 9/27/23 promised $50 gas card never received. Told it would be e-mailed by ***************** the presenter. Called her at ************ and e-mailed at *************************** to get the card. Finally 11/14/23 she called back and said the card had been e-mailed. I told her it was never received, and asked for contact information to contact the company that had e-mailed the card. She refused and told me to stop calling. This company is a fraud and should be exposed.

    On 9/27/23 I attended a workshop on timeshare liquidation . The presenter of the seminar was ***************** representing ts compliance group. We were promised a $50 gas card for our attendance both in writing and verbally. I filed a complaint with you  ******** B0111. The company responded that the card was sent . We never received it and asked to contact who ever sent it to us . They never replied. Finally they told you if we e-mailed them they would correct the matter. i have sent two e-mails with no response. i called them and was told they would get back to me they never did and when i recalled i was informed the number was no longer in service. I would like to refile my complaint hoping you will be able to get them to honor their commitment to resolve this matter, The TS compliance Group  has and ID ******** and the bbb compliant number was **********. My e- mail is **************** ,net Phone **********. We live at *************************************************************************
