These guys are the definition of a Parasite. They prey on college kids and rip them and their parents off every chance they get. My daughter was visiting a friend at her apartment. She parked in a metered parking spot. She was leaving and was 4 minutes late. The tow guy already had her car hooked up. He told her he would unhook for $100 cash. College kids don't carry around $100 cash. It cost us $250 to get the car released. She has pictures of the parking session on her phone and the tow truck with her car in tow, 5 minutes after her parking session expired. If I could give less than 1 star, I surely would. Stay away from these people.

Sorry to hear that. but with the app you get alert to time expiring an option to get more time. When drivers search tags in the app it shows paid or no results. in this case there was no results found. therefore it was in violation to be towed.

My friends and my cars were all towed along with at least ***** others from a lot without any warning, no sign saying that it was no parking and we have had history of parking here before less than a block from the stadium. When we finally got to our cars despite advertising having all these acceptable card payment options, they only wanted $250 in cash. They claimed that the owner of the property called them, but the way all the employees were laughing at us when we got there we all got the vibe this wasnt the case. It seems very possible that they just towed us to get the cash. They also refused to give any kind of documentation for us that they had towed or that we had paid so we could prove later. So no receipt, no ability to dispute a charge, and no evidence that we parked somewhere we werent supposed to. Such a sketchy business. Needs to be checked into.

This is the worst company in **********. This company towed my car without giving me any warning or paperwork. I had to make phone calls to several towing agencies to find out where my car was. My car was taken at night, and charged a 185 fee to get my car back from lot. The tow driver "*******" was very rude and disrespectful and stuck his middle finger up at my family because I was upset that they towed my car without informing me. I was overcharged and wrongfully towed from a place that I live and pay rent. They would not accept my debit card and only wanted cash.

This “business” refused to accept card payment of any kind and charged me $150 cash + an additional 24 hour late fee of $30 cash for picking up my car a day late. Mind you, I was not even aware that my car had been towed because they make no effort to contact the owner, so the $30 late fee itself is arguably unfair. G-Vegas Towing targets student living apartments and leave no room for disputing charges when college students arrive to pick up their vehicles. None of my identification was ever inspected at the front desk when I arrived to pick up my vehicle
and the lady at the front desk read the license plate numbers to me herself when trying to “confirm” what car I was there for instead of asking me to provide them myself. This raises the concern that there is no accountability for who is picking up the car. A person can show up, describe a car, agree that the license plate information provided by the towing company is correct, leave a random name, and then take your car after spending $150 cash. This business practice is predatory and charges exorbitant rates while targeting members of society who have little ability to defend themselves in court because they have yet to reach a point where they are able to defend themselves financially.
