    I ordered a door through ****** on mother's day. About June 12th the door was ready to be picked up from the installers from ******. Since then I w had 4 no call no shows. I've contacted ****** multiple times but as much as they have tried to help it has been fruitless. I've now wasted 2 full work days and 2 full Saturdays waiting for a crew that doesn't show up or magically comes up with a reason why that can't be here and I only find out WHEN I CALL *****. This is unacceptable. I've asked ****** about other installers and they said this was their only one. Stay away from this company.

    This company contracts with Lowes for installations, we bought a door ********** and was told this company would install. We have made over 6 appointments with them to install the door and each one they have either no call no showed or made an excuse to why they all of a sudden cant install. It has been an absolute nightmare trying to get ahold of anyone that works for them because anytime you call the numbers provided for this business no one answers and their voice box is full. ***** has tried to help us the best they can with figuring out why you guys wont do your job. We are still waiting for our door to be installed, today we had an appointment and your installer magically couldnt find our order at Lowes but when we called Lowes it was there and ready.

    ****************** I apologize about your experience with Premier Alternatives Inc. Look like you did have some rescheduling of your installations. I also see that two of the doors did not get order per our detail. Once due to the prior job before yours taking longer than anticipated and two other times due to weather. I am sorry for the delays. Thank you for your feedback and we will work with ****** to better our process and partnership with them.
