      ***** Holiday from ****** IL a store Manager at CitiTrends in Mattenson, ** needs to be retrained on her **************** Skills. I never experienced such very loud unprofessional behavior. Very Combative and Rude to the customers & very unprofessional attitude. This is unethical ************** should conduct herself in a very professional manner. Came outside ready to fight. Which is totally unacceptable behavior. After the customer finished purchasing her items and informed ***** Hoilday that she should be professional & that This issues will be escalated to higher leaders. ***************** became very angry and approached in anger and outrage approaching trying to fight. Our black ppl. Need to get it together. Many customers walked out of the store saying they will not spend their money at this store. Due to ***** behavior. She started working at Citii Trend.Aug ******. This young lady needs retraining classes on **************** skills and must understand you dont threaten customers ready to fight a handicapped elderly woman
