      On November 3, 2024, my partner had parked his car in front of my house for approximately 10 minutes to drop some things off. There is no street parking, and my car was towed. However, the street sign on the private road does not include a towing company name, so we had to drive to and call all of the local towing companies. The ** Code of Ordinances seems to require the towing company name to be provided. When picking up the car, ****** Towing demanded cash only. We had explained that we do not have cash and they are required to take 2 major debit/credit cards. They refused and made us get cash in order to get the car back. We were very skeptical of this whole situation and asked to at least see their licenses/permits, and they refused to show us. After we got the cash and went back, I recorded our interaction of asking again to use another payment other than cash and to see their licenses/permits, both of which were refused.
