      I bought a brand new single wide home from Ray Shankle it was delivered to them with tape on the end, they didnt get ********* to fix that. On the way to my lot his mover hit a low tree limb messing up the corner/roof of the home. It has been this way for 3 months. A big hole in the roof so what more damage has been done with water running in that hole. I heard for 2 months that they was waiting on parts from factory. I called they finally got parts in for over a month now yet still hasnt come to fix my house. I called them this morning supposedly they are sending someone this coming week to fix it but at this point I dont trust their person. I want to hire my own and him pay for it. I have pictures of the damage and how it was delivered to me.

      Ray Shankle Home Sales Sold *********************** A Singlewide Home on 06-23-2022. 

      On **** We Received A Service Request Upon Delivery of the Home the Set up Contractor had Minor Limb Damage on the Home at end front side.

      Of Course They Stated They had no Knowledge of it. I sent one of our Maint. Men to see the Concern . He inspected and told us what to Orded Parts were Ordered.

      We were Already Aware of the Vinyl Issue as it was Written up upon Delivery to our **** center. As normal Service From Fleetwood we thought ****** Would take care of their Issue.

      The Parts took Approx 2 Months to Come In as soon as 1 of our Maintenance men could we went to **************** Home and Fixed it. The Factory Informed us Vinyl was our Problem.

      We Ordered the Vinyl it came in and we went Back and Fixed the Issue. We are Sorry she had these Issues but as Always we Stand Behind What we ****.
