*********************** was contracted to demo and rebuild my shower. He was hired in april and fired in june. During that time he only came to the house 4 times. The demolition was fine. All work afterwards was faulty and he damaged the house on each visit. He offered tile samples and I chose a particular color. He subsequently showed up to the house with an entirely different tile. He damaged my vanity cabinets hallway wall and window trim. All cement board that was installed was cracked in all 4 corners. The built wall between shower and bath was not anchored to studs on one end leaving movement that would have resulted in failure. He claimed he purchased a 1500$ custom shower pan. This pan was atrocious and resulted in me firing him. It was resin pieces screwed into one another and sloppily sealed with silicone caulk. **** presents himself as a licensed plumber. I have since found out he is not. He is also no licensed contractor and his business is not registered. He requested 6k up front for a 10k project. *********************** kept all the supplies purchased for the job after being fired. The only thing that was done properly was the demolition. This man does not do quality work and should not be allowed to do business.

In March 9, 2024 ******* was hired to repair a water leak at a spigot in the yard of one of my rental properties, In the process of "repairing" the leak he broke the water line to my second rental property on an adjacent lot. He destroyed the yard and landscaping and left broken pipes and dead bushes everywhere. He charged extra to replace the water lines he broke and buried the lines too shallow and not up to code. On June 9th the water lines that he installed were found to be leaking and I had to hire a reputable plumber to make repairs, The insufficiently buried lines will also need to be corrected before winter. These are expenses that are due to his incompetence and he should be held liable and should be made to pay for them. I will not allow him on my property again. In addition to the shoddy work he did he tried to tell me that all the pipes in my rentals needed to be replaced because they were "recalled". I said No but he showed up anyway and tried to begin work. Luckily my tenant called me and I contacted him and told him to leave my property immediately. ******* required payment in cash and actually insisted that he follow me to the credit union to collect.******* represents himself as a licensed plumber but I can find no evidence that he actually is.
